Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Usually get burgers but tried clubhouse...big mistake was very cold even though bread was near burned on grill. Checked chicken and it was cold as well and did not see bacon or tomato just shredded lettuce. Tapped on bread and you could hear tap? Fries were good. Place was extremely noisy. Not impressed and will not return for some time

I ordered the surf and turf and they forgot the lobster tail all together the steak was very overcooked and they even messed up my loaded fry LOL my entire order was screwed up and the poor righteous was running herself ragged trying to make all of her tables happy I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything to her

Went on December 4th 2024 around 8pm. Lots of avaliable tables. Asked if we could sit on the bar side but the hostess refused and said we have to sit in order of rotated servers. Never heard of a host not letting a customer sit where they would like in a restaurant when the section was open and had seating. Ruined the experience from the start.

Went here with my mother as a nice gift. Long story short , great customer service, servers were amazing, quickly seated, the building was very loud, there are no partition walls , acoustic panels or anything so having a conversation with her was hard without yelling, I ordered the porter house medium rare was done good job, my mother had the same thing and asked for well done like she usually does , it can burnt on the side of the steak, and was so overcooked SHE COULDN'T CUT IT WITH THE KNIFE PROVIDED. Dry and bland and overcooked but mostly, Disappointed. I had a 4 star rating I had to delete from 6 years ago because of this.

Your tecumseh manager in this photo hired this person as a bartender also in this photo one day before he fired, without any warning or write-ups, a friend of mine whom was the bartender-she is distraught over this. Labour board should be made aware if this. Dealing with people financial security just before Xmas too. Just brutal

Last calls for drinks at 11:15?! Last calls for food closer to 10:30. They say they open till 12 AM. Something doesn't add up.

Always a great place to go. We could to McD's and pay $30+ for two big Mac Combo's or we can go to Chuck's for two Chuck's Roadhouse burgers with fries for $9.00 each and have an alcoholic beverage each. Get served by great servers and pay about $38.00 before tip. No brainer for us.

DO NOT order chicken from this restaurant. My husband and I went there on Wednesday, Nov 20 and he ordered the chicken parm bowl and ended up with food poisoning. He was getting sick for 24 hours. I called to let them know it made him sick and that they should check their product so no one else gets sick and all I got was "okay..." that was it. Made me feel stupid for even calling. We will never be back.

Busy Friday night, sat my niece and I in the bar area...very noisy.When I spotted a booth on the other side, a much quieter side, I asked the waitress who was cleaning that table if we could have that booth...she said yes, just let the hostess you are switching tables.When I mentioned it to the hostess she said no...we left and will not return.The very nice waitress asked me what was going on, I told her the hostess said no. Absolutely no reason for her to say that and lose a customer.

Chuck's road house I came in Thursday after 9 to get the Nachos and the food was Great noo amazing !!!! . But the person that was serving us wasnt so great and wen i paid for my food she took my $ and didn't bring me back my change I thought it was pretty rude she just gave her self a Tip like that .
I'm just woundering how many people she has done that too !!!!

Me and friend went to chucks roadhouse after a long day at work and everything was good the service was great the atmosphere/vibes were great but when we got our food it just ruined the experience. The patties both looked and tasted like frozen burgers youd buy at a grocery store and they only gave me 1 pickle slice and 2 tiny tomatoes slices. My friend didnt even get any pickle or tomatoes and they asked him if he wanted them and he did but didnt get them. Also we both were supposed to get sauce for our burgers but they didnt give us any, we had to ask for it. The onion rings were pretty bad too they also tasted frozen like they bought it from the grocery store, also they tasted stale/dry/bland. Btw the 2 burgers we got were "The Big Chuck" and "The Smokehouse" which is the picture i posted with this message.
