I’m writing this as we sit in the dining room still waiting for service (20 minutes) after waiting to be seated for more than an hour. This will be the last time we dine here as the service just keeps getting worse.
Used to be my go to chucks as it’s the closest one to my house, every single time the service is HORRIBLE. Time and time again it’s a 30+ minute wait just to get to order drinks which a worker has to be flagged down to even place. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to their legacy park dr location, Id still get service faster than here.
My go-to at LEAST once a week. Bar staff is incredible! Servers are always up to the task, including specialty requests!! (I’m a picky eater and I’ve also shown a picture of a drink online with no ‘recipe’ and I’ve always been happy with the attempts!).
My drink is never empty, regardless of how hard I try!
My answer to ‘where are you going tonight?’ Is ALWAYS Chuck’s!
