Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Used to be my go to chucks as it’s the closest one to my house, every single time the service is HORRIBLE. Time and time again it’s a 30+ minute wait just to get to order drinks which a worker has to be flagged down to even place. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to their legacy park dr location, Id still get service faster than here.

The Server was amazing new what I wanted when I got there. The order got there in minutes n the server almost started crying for being well compensated. She was told to be her self n never stop being kind n always smile 😊😊😊. Don't forget to make someone's day cause the servers/ Bartenders work really hard n they do appreciate anything u can give especially around the holidays will go a long way. Ordered take out tonight...the fries looked like they were made yesterday...so disappointing 50 dollars wasted!!!

Walked in at 7pm on Tuesday night. We waited 20 minutes, no one came to our table. 2 waitresses and 1 waiter. We left. No reason to go back with Johnny Schotz right next door.
Too bad, I like Chuck's other locations. This one is new and not off to a good start.

Food is good and prices are great. Need to have a bartender making drinks so that servers can actually serve their tables. Wait times for drinks, food, order taking and paying bills is crazy long.

They have the worst service. I ordered pickup , they missed the items in my order and when I called to ask them why they were missing.. They cut the call and they didn’t respond.

They didn’t even bothered to call back, but they took full amount from me.

I ordered butter toffee pudding and it is clearly missing toffees and when I asked them regarding this, they didn’t offered me anything and instead they asked me to come to store in the snow to get those. Absolutely waste of money
