The mashed potatoes was made from the box and the shrimp Alfredo pasta was chewy
We had a absolutely lovely dinner. Apps, drinks, pastas, entrees, and desserts were delicious.
Excellent service and the chef came out and personally asked us about our experience.
I am very much looking forward to dining here again.

I found the seating for two to be unacceptable and we politely left. We dine out regularly mostly Italian and cannot comment on the food but the atmosphere for two people not to my liking

Wow ! Incredible , the fresh , amazing taste + the service, this place is easily THE hidden gem of Windsor Essex if not all of south western Ontario !!!

Ciao is fantastic in every way. We have never been disappointed and cannot find fault in anything. The service is impeccable; the atmosphere beautiful and the dining experience is incredible. Thank you, Bianca, Sandra and everyone for making this my favourite restaurant.

Came here for the first time with my family, and we had a great time! The food was fantastic, especially the Lasagna and Crème Brûlée! Beautiful decor and well worth the drive over! We will definitely be back!
Cozy place with good food
The menu is too simple but expensive (for it level)
Food was amazing but the portions were small and extremely overpriced. Much better options for cost and quality in windsor. The manager was also extremely rude to the staff and basically ruined our meal.
One of the best Italian restaurants in the Windsor area. Great italian food along with great staff and ambiance.
This restaurant is amazing! Very cozy restaurant with incredible food! Both owners are very friendly and approached our table to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant!
