I went to cinnabon today and ordered just a normal cinnamon bun. The food was high quality and delicious! The staff were amazing; these kids are hard workers!! Not too sure about the lady yelling in the back, though…

If I could leave zero stars I would. 15 minibuns go for 26.99 because it is christmas eve they are not selling minibun 15 pack, and selling for 6.00 for 1 making the order 90.00. Shame, Shame, Shame.

There is no issue with the rolls. These are good. But when you ask for freshly backed ones, they give you that attitude, as if they are telling you: you better buy the ones we baked 4 or 6 hours earlier!! Please review the way you treat your customers. Unfortunately this is the only Cinnabon in Windsor!

Great Cinnabons, terrible staff, very rude, the older blonde lady making the Cinnabons was mean, and treated the younger girls badly.
There is no issue with the rolls. These are good.But when you ask for freshly backed ones, they give you that attitude, as if they are telling you: you better buy the ones we baked 4 or 6 hours earlier!!Please review the way you treat your customers. Unfortunately this is the only Cinnabon in Windsor!

Manager was pretty rude. Wasn’t ready to order yet so sat at the tables in the mall hallway. She came over moved things around then talked poorly about me to the next customer for sitting at the tables saying they’re her tables. Ok. Honestly, won’t get their high sugar treats anymore just based on the way they act and the dirty looks she threw at me

I loveeeeee going here, although on Nov 29th the young woman worker was definitely sick, she was coughing all over the buns and her eyes were red and she was breathing in and out hard, all over product, never had gloves on, the older co worker even asked her if she wanted her to go to the front because she couldn’t stop coughing all over everything. I left I was so disappointed I didn’t buy anything
