I purchased 6 scoops of ice cream and was shocked by the quality — it was stringy when served, chewy in texture, and had an unpleasant taste. This has never been the case in the past, so I went back to let them know. Unfortunately, the staff showed no empathy or apology for the situation. The only thing offered was 2 scoops, with no refund or meaningful compensation. I returned the entire order and the way the issue was handled was very disappointing and reflects poor customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my today’s experience.

Went to Cocktail Fruitella at 1 AM with friends for ice cream. Their own website says they’re open till 2 AM, but the front staff gave us weird looks and said they were closed. Really unprofessional and misleading hours — wasted our time.

It was very bad experience when I called them they said they are open but when we reach there there was a lady inside. They said you have to wait outside as she has no idea when the night stop is coming to the store. So online they said they are open. When I googled they said they are open but the lady inside it said you can't wait inside the store. You have to wait outside the store because she don't know when nych staff is coming but she was not ready to make our drink and it's really bad experience over there. Thank you. Bad experience
Its 1 at midnight we are at store and its closed. Its says the opening hour is till 2 midnight. We traveled from so long.you should update. Please whoever going check by calling and request to keep open until the operating hours mention on Google.
