This place is pretty good, the vibe is really nice & its a big place so you don't feel so cramped like other vegan places in the area. I recommend the veg burger, sweet potato fries, and coleslaw. I do not recommend any bowls that have brown rice. Both times I've ordered the bowls with brown rice, the rice was very undercooked to the the point where it was not edible. Aside from that, everything is yum!

Food is really excellent and the place is comfortable and snazzy. Tecumseh is great dining for vegans and Copper Branch has been a super addition.
The menu is a variety of options - Southwest / Tex Mex, Mediterranean, American Diner style. Pretty wild but it works!

The online menu system is kinda crappy. I asked about a burger that was showing up on the in-store menu boards and was told it wasn't an option at that location. Why its full page promoted on their TVs is a mystery.

Very clean establishment. Service was friendly and helpful (we let them know it was our first time). Food has great flavor-- I got the general tso's bowl, and my partner got the atzek bowl. Portions were large. We also ordered the bao, but would probably skip it next time-- the buns were a different texture than the ones we've had at other spots. Ultimately, a solid experience. We'll be back!
