Recently visited Windsor and my experience over all was amazing ! Shout out to Tracey for being so accommodating and helpful! Honestly all the staff at cosmos were great I think Tamara, and melissa I know I am forgetting a few of the girls but we had the best time thanks to them !

The rudest bar in a world. They should switch that old hag with someone more competent. You better of go somewhere else or go to LCBO for that matter. It will be more pleasurable to talk to the self checkout than the barman in this place.

Cosmos. Don’t go there. Worst service I’ve ever had everytime I’ve been there. This time did it for me. As a younger person, you do expect to be treated with less respect by older staff because they think because we are younger that we are caddy and won’t tip, however Gen Z tips the best. My boyfriend bought me an “espresso martini” but this is what arrived at the table by the server with the most attitude I have ever seen. As a server myself, I would NEVER, treat someone how she treated me when we politely asked if the drink could be remade. Not only did the espresso martini look like it was not shaken at all, it tasted horrible like water down iced coffee. She then proceeded to yell across the bar to the bartender to say why is there no foam on the top and the bartender accused my boyfriend of licking it off the top. They would not remake the drink and did not offer a refund for the almost $10 cocktail. I am appalled and will never be coming back even though it is the most convenient bar in all of Caesers. Do better, be kind, and don’t come to Cosmos.

6th time in Orlando and was looking for a cool vibe for a Thursday night. Came across Cosmos and let me tell you what great service as soon you arrive! Siho Greeted with a smile as soon walked to bar as well the rest of staff. Siho is definitely someone you want to see when your in Orlando if you want a happy bartender without an attitude! Security top notch. Definitely a place recommend!
