Cosmos. Don’t go there. Worst service I’ve ever had everytime I’ve been there. This time did it for me. As a younger person, you do expect to be treated with less respect by older staff because they think because we are younger that we are caddy and won’t tip, however Gen Z tips the best. My boyfriend bought me an “espresso martini” but this is what arrived at the table by the server with the most attitude I have ever seen. As a server myself, I would NEVER, treat someone how she treated me when we politely asked if the drink could be remade. Not only did the espresso martini look like it was not shaken at all, it tasted horrible like water down iced coffee. She then proceeded to yell across the bar to the bartender to say why is there no foam on the top and the bartender accused my boyfriend of licking it off the top. They would not remake the drink and did not offer a refund for the almost $10 cocktail. I am appalled and will never be coming back even though it is the most convenient bar in all of Caesers. Do better, be kind, and don’t come to Cosmos.

6th time in Orlando and was looking for a cool vibe for a Thursday night. Came across Cosmos and let me tell you what great service as soon you arrive! Siho Greeted with a smile as soon walked to bar as well the rest of staff. Siho is definitely someone you want to see when your in Orlando if you want a happy bartender without an attitude! Security top notch. Definitely a place recommend!

Checked in at our usual 2:30 only to find they are now charging $ 20. for arriving too early. Our complimentary room has a fee of $18. Plus valet parking is $10. An exception to this is diamond players and 7 stars. Restaurant hours are just now expanding , but still not the greatest. If you like to eat healthy. Good luck. Alcoholic beverages can now be bought with reward credits at the bar. This is great, unless, you are handicapped and not near a bar. I have noticed more and more they cater to the young and or the super rich. If you rent a scooter to get around it costs you $ 40 a day. They are making it easier for me to stay home and gamble at our raceway casino, The mini vacation is not the greatest for your money.

We stayed here on Saturday night and had a great time. The place is clean and the staff is the best around. We ate at Spago, which was busy but the service and food were fantastic. It also helps that we made some money on blackjack and slots. We definitely stay here again and again. Pool and health club are great and always enjoy some time there.

We've stayed here several times and I really enjoy this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. The shower pressure is good, the beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. The service is great, the location is very convenient and this is a great place to stay. They have a good fitness centre with an indoor pool and a spa. The view is also good, looking across to Detroit. One small criticism: we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door until 11 am and then we left. I was a little disappointed that the room was not cleaned. If we had left the DND sign on most of the day I would understand but it was only until 11 am. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I get excited every time I go to Caesar’s Windsor. From the friendly border people to EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE at the Casino. Everyone I encounter is super friendly!! The casino AND hotel are just beautiful!! Super clean. SMOKE FREE on the floor!! But they DO have areas available for smokers. I love how you can order any drink from your machine and they bring it so quickly AND I especially love how they bring your coffee in a GLASS cup!! They just always go that extra MILE with everything!

The room was nice but the hotel is really cutting back. Rooms are not cleaned daily anymore. If you want replacement coffee tea etc. you need to contact front desk. We went to LEGENDS restaurant the first night and the wait was long and the meal was terrible! Would never go back there again! They are run by Caesars, and they should be ashamed of themselves. They used to have an excellent buffet and that no longer exists. Cost cutting? On the other hand, SPAGOS Italian restaurant not run by Caesars was excellent! In essence was Very Disappointed. My understanding is Caesars is being run by different owners. If so, they are dropping the ball.
