On a very busy night tonight, my wife and I were welcomed in with open arms. They cleared a spot at the bar and served us right away. The food, service, drinks and atmosphere were amazing. I can’t say enough good things. I hope this place stays prosperous and successful for many years. A truly amazing experience.

The ingredients are responsibly chosen, noticeably of good quality, and finely prepared by Chef Vlad and Staff! If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, or have an allergy/food sensitivity to deal with, I highly recommend Cucina360!

Service and atmosphere were fine, but the hygiene was shocking. Staff were eating while working, and I watched a girl at the pizza station run her hands through her hair before handling food. No hairnets in sight. Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here, and that’s a big concern. Won’t be back!

This place has potential but needs to step it up. The service was awful: slow, careless and lacked training. The food was okay but our group of 16 wasn't blown away by anything we ordered. Ps. Spent nearly $300 for 2 people.

Unfortunately disappointed with the experience. The food left something to be desired. The beef carpaccio was interesting... there was a lot of raw mushrooms.. it needed something fresh like arugula or parm to balance the flavour. Ultimately it lacked seasoning would’ve been a more well rounded dish with a truffle salt rather than the truffle cream. The penne vodka and spaghetti amalfi were okay. The spaghetti amalfi was also a tiny portion compared to penne vodka. Everything seemed to need more salt. Both pastas were cooked perfect el Dante. The biggest let down was definitely the chicken primavera pizza. Totally flavourless and disappointing. They were kind enough to take it off the bill. At least the Caesar salad was good.

Nice Italian restaurant. We had the fried calamari which was very good. Pasta was also good although the mussels and clams in the pasta were on the small side. Flavor was very good. Service was excellent as well as the restaurant decor.
Went to Cucina to celebrate my wedding anniversary. It was spectacular. The service. Perfect. Very attentive and courses came perfectly timed. Our server was there from Italy and made the experience that much better. Drinks were great. The food. Wow. Started with the Miranda pizza. 5 stars. Second the carbonara. Our favorite. Tastes like it did in Italy. Final was the Vitello (veal). Wow. Cooked to perfection. Completed the night with tiramisu and it was out of this world. Amazing evening.
