Unfortunately disappointed with the experience. The food left something to be desired. The beef carpaccio was interesting... there was a lot of raw mushrooms.. it needed something fresh like arugula or parm to balance the flavour. Ultimately it lacked seasoning would’ve been a more well rounded dish with a truffle salt rather than the truffle cream. The penne vodka and spaghetti amalfi were okay. The spaghetti amalfi was also a tiny portion compared to penne vodka. Everything...

We had a wonderful dinner at Cucina360 last evening. Marcella provided us with superior service. The food was delicious prepared with great care and presentation! Thank you to Remo and staff. Looking forward to a return visit soon.
