I’m travelling from Leamington to visit the shop. Google says the shop closes by 2am but we I come here by 1.35 the shop is closed. This is what happens. So no one plan for late night cravings to this shop.

Very high prices for a sub-par product.30$ for 3 kid cones is absurd.employees are not friendly or helpful and no prices are displayed.It's a shame too because it's a good location and could do really well if they made some changes.

I was really looking forward to visiting Cup and Cone Creamery, as it looks charming and well-kept from the outside. Unfortunately, once inside, it was a completely different story. The place was disgustingly dirty—tables, chairs, and even the walls were sticky and covered in dried ice cream. It felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
The hallway leading to the bathroom was covered in grimy handprints, and the bathroom itself was a nightmare. The toilet was utterly unusable, completely obliterated by feces, which made the entire space unbearable.
On top of that, the ice cream was ridiculously overpriced. I would’ve gladly paid more for a pleasant experience, but instead, we got to sit in filth. It’s shocking that a place that looks so nice from the outside could be such a horror show on the inside. Avoid this place!

The waffle cone was unfortunately stale, and $20 seemed overpriced for two single-scoop cones. Although the ice cream tasted good, it was already melting when I got it. I’m giving 3 stars primarily because the staff was courteous.
