If you say you close at 11PM then close at 11PM !!!
I show up at 1030 and the guy walked out and left. This is ridiculous, you don’t leave work before the place closes whoever runs this place is a joke. I’ve never heard of a “business” closing 30min early when you are Dairy Queen! 2 nights in a row now!!

So today at around 8pm I was at this branch to pick up my online order. Waited almost 7-8 minutes while no one was at the order station.

Later found 2 brown guy(don’t wanna sound like racist as I myself is also brown in Color) was arguing about something in between themselves. When asked them what’s the status of my order they replied I could go ahead and cancel the order as they are busy and can’t make my order. While ask the tentative wait time the brown guy told on my face that they won’t make my online order and I can cancel the order by myself.

Not sure how these guys can serve at the front line when they are simply “MANNERLESS”
It also states how bad the requirement process of DQ.
Wouldn’t be at any branch from today as already told my friends and family about this.

There are thousands of food chain in the country and this is the worst of everything. Not sure how these guys have the power to say that they can’t make a customer’a order. Disgusting experience as a customer.

I had Dairy Queen coupon and it was supposed to be for all the Dairy Queen when I gave them they said we have never gave out any coupons and they were extremely rude

Placed an order at the drive through No one told me that they're ice machine has been broken for 2 days and when I got my pop, it was hot, not warm hot. The burgers had very little toppings which made it hard to swallow,I couldn't even gag back the hot coke I was given. When I called to talk to the manager he did not care, told me the ice machine has been broken for 2 days nothing they can do about it. I paid $45 for 2 combos and 2 burgers the most disgusting take out ever. Save your money and go somewhere else because if the manager doesn't care what they are serving whatever doesn't he care about

Ordered off skip the dishes and was missing items off of order as well the food was cold. 3rd time this has happend at this location within the last 2 months. I would recommend other locations besides this one.

Bought two pumpkin blizzards Tues. October 15th. It was open until 11 pm. The person working the drive thru was very hospitable. I have never before had such a delightful Blizzard. Was absolutely ?. Would make the drive from Tecumseh, was a great overall experience.

They have great burgers here

First complaint of Daiiry Queen in Windsor ns ordered a large fries payed $5.75 for them got them home the cup was only half full of fries I suggest them to fill the cups up with fries so people will get their money worth

Every year I purchase an icecream birthday cake from dairy queen and they never disappoint. Their fudge sundaes and blizzards are amazing too.
