Absolutely delicious! We tried the Hara Bhara Kabab, Tandoori Paneer Momos, and Reshmi Paneer for the main course — and everything was outstanding. The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. Easily the best Indian food in Windsor. Highly recommend Delhi 059 for anyone craving genuine North Indian cuisine!

Pros: - quality of food - brand identity or fame
Cons: - parking (good luck) - if picking up food be prepared to stand for a long time. ( Lack of hospitality can be solved by adding a couple of chairs for pickup orders) - simple orders take exorbitant time for prep - there was a delivery person (Ubereats I think) his order got cancelled due to crazy prep time when the customer expects instant food based on app information - I ordered a surprise bag for 7.77$ incl taxes - I got rice mixed with butter chicken gravy. Chicken was pre boiled, gravy was prepared prior to prep, rice was already cooked. The final dish was ideally just mixing 3 items and packing in a box - I waited 45 mins. So good luck if you have less time. - One server for the entire restaurant on busy day was a flaw. Maybe the restaurant is cost cutting on labor which shows in time for food prep, delivery, etc.
Windsor has highest unemployment, when the food/ dish is priced the way they are, there is room for hiring +1 in serving and +2 in kitchen....maybe
Suggestion - only people who wish to stay and live and enjoy food for hours should consider the delicious (if believed) food here. Personally I would rather go to Indian Paradise or Biryani house or something else on the same road next time.
