I was really disappointed with the chicken fried rice. The flavor was bland, the chicken was dry, and the rice tasted greasy instead of fresh. On top of that, there was barely any chicken in the dish, which made it feel more like plain fried rice. I actually had to return it because there wasn’t enough chicken. Honestly, it seemed like it was thrown together without much care. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t order it again.Sooo bad place

I been coming to this place since 1991 I been referring all my friends, and family, over the years, there is never been one complaint about this place, the food is fresh and always delicious, portions are full, and large, I recommended to anyone if you are looking for a place to enjoy good food this is the place for you, and your friends, I cross the border just to eat here.

I've been coming here every two months for the past three years. I usually eat there, but I've taken out three times. The first time, they screwed up my take-out order, but made it right. The second time, there was no issue. Yesterday, however, they screwed up my order, and promised to send out a driver to make it right. After all, why should I have to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant, and another 15 to return home due to their mistake? No one ever called or came. Congratulations, you've just lost a $350+/year customer.

EDIT: After receiving your reply, and being accused of being dishonest, I have to say that I do believe that you sent someone out with the sauce and the complimentary spring rolls (which was a kind gesture). However, I have to also say that I never received them. I gave you my address and you already had my phone number. No one ever contacted me or came by. If I had received them, I would have added to my review. Thank you for trying, though.

This was a delivery so my service rating will be based on if they followed the instructions and packaging. First of all, they followed all instructions as requested, packaging are amazing and tidy, food portions are very good and the food are delicious. I ordered the steamed pork dumplings Sui Mai, pan fried pork dumplings, hot and sour soup and beef and flat noodles with black beans sauce. I was really impressed by the hot and sour soup with all of the quality ingredients and also the noodles, it was heavy. All good. Would order again.
