Not recommended. Rude waiters, bad food. The waiter instead of apologizing, started schooling us about meat and biryani. Incorrect information given when asked about a dish. My biryani was just a few tikka pieces on top of almost plain rice. I was given an expired can of pop! Try other restaurants nearby.

Loved the place for tea
This we decided to go for briyani
We ordered 6 briyani( 3 chicken tikka, 2 chicken 65 and 1 mutton dum)
The chicken tikka was horrible we were told its just tandoori chicken but was boneless so they called it tikka the meat was so dry and rice was really dry as well we couldn’t even eat more than half.
Coming to mutton my friend had asked before if this would be boneless and then we got the order there were bones it.
The 65 briyani was better it was not as dry as the tikka one
I really hope they improve their standards.
All of them were acting as if none of it was their fault after such a horrible meal we didn’t even feel like arguing about anything.
There are lot of other spots in windsor for briyani try those please avoid this place till they improve their taste.

A Truly Disappointing Experience at Hyderabad's Prince Restaurant

I had high hopes when I ordered from Hyderabad's Prince Restaurant in Windsor, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The chicken seekh kebab was downright stale, leaving me questioning if it had been sitting around for days. The chicken tandoori was a total mess—burnt to a crisp with no flavor other than charcoal. And don’t even get me started on the butter chicken—it was more like a sickly sweet soup than the rich, flavorful dish it’s supposed to be. It was a complete waste of money and an even bigger waste of my appetite. Never again!

I went Saturday at about 12pm. restaurant was empty. Sat in a booth, but moved to another table as it hadn't been cleaned properly. Another 5 minutes elapsed, and the waitress came over and took the order. She did inform us it would be at least 10 to 15 minutes for the food. Whilst waiting,the music was cranked up,and when some students walked in,and they started their usual loud talking,it was impossible to have a conversation. The food arrived after 30 minutes and most was tasty. Chole pathura were excellent,we didn't like the hariyali chicken ,as it had gristle and looked burnt..sort of what you expect in a backyard barbecue. Even my masala tea tasted and looked like it was on the stove for a few hours..didn't taste fresh at all.Sorry to say that we won't be coming back. And get a blacklight to deal with the flies

Ordered chicken 65 and Chicken biriyani, didn't feel or taste like an authentic Hyderabad biriyani, Chicken Karahi and Porata was good, order for kids came almost 20minutes after they served biriyani for us and the juice never came, however the owner was kind enough to offer some discount because of this.
I am not sure about a second visit as I didn't feel it was a great place for family, it's just my very own opinion.

Fraud people they served meat in egg biryani I PARTICULARLY ORDERED EGG SO THAT THEY DONT MIX IT UP WITH MEAT. Such shameless acts are not encouraged i lost all the respect towards ur restaurant. If u cant make it just say it

Quality of biryani went down again its not good as used to be and white curd sause came with it taste like water added and yellow sause doent have any flavour and they serving mostly old biryanis in morning

We tried the prince special mutton biriyani. Besides mutton, there were chicken 65 and a half egg. I was disappointed to see that why do they provide a half egg instead of giving a whole egg.
Anyways, the biriyani was delicious. The rice was flavourful. The ratio of meat and rice was inconsistent. There were too much meat compared to finish the rice ?.
But other than that, the service was good. The waiter was very responsive towards any queries.
If you ever go there, don’t forget to try their masala french fries.
You won’t find any fries like this in whole windsor.
