East Side Shawarma Reviews
well time there tonight..chicken was so dry....very tasteless....I recommend the rice that's all...there was no beef either but I do say gentlemen who took order and prepared food was awesome
The Iraqi skewers may be my favourite thing in the world.
I usually get the plate..... today I did the wraps .... an they sold us stale wraps. I asked the man making it an he said no ( they were falling apart as he did them.) then when I got home an tried to eat it ....it was stale... I called an they denied it .... I mean I think I know what hard stale wrap taste like .
don't buy the wraps..

East Side Shawarma offers excellent, well-priced food in a clean environment with many vegetarian options. The staff is understanding and accommodating of dietary restrictions, providing a friendly experience. The restaurant has automated doors, accessible washrooms, and is wheelchair-friendly. While some dishes may lack flavor, the grape leaves and hummus receive high praise. Customers have described the food as fantastic and fresh, with special mentions of the shawarma plate and Iraqi kabobs, which are made fresh in front of diners. The staff is always kind and greets guests with smiles, ensuring a positive experience.
East Side Shawarma is a hidden gem, offering a variety of flavorful dishes. The beef and chicken mix shawarma, served with signature sauces, spices, and salad, is absolutely packed with flavor. The sheek kabob plate combo is juicy, well-seasoned, and comes in a hearty portion. The meat is consistently tender and well-seasoned, making it the highlight of the menu. The garlic sauce also deserves a shoutout, as it leans more toward an Iraqi style rather than the traditional Lebanese toum, giving it a unique and bold character that pairs well with their wraps and plates. While the potatoes could use some improvement, with the quality of the meat and the overall dining experience, East Side Shawarma is absolutely worth trying and is a reliable go-to for shawarma lovers in Windsor.
