Ordered the family takeout special. The sauce on the ribs was great and they were cooked very tender! Chicken was also tender and moist, the seasoning was a tiny bit peppery, but even my kid liked it. Fries were a big hit with everyone, the seasoning was great. Would have liked them to be a bit more crispy, but that's hard with takeout, so will need to try eat-in next time. Overall very impressed with the portion sizes and flavour of the food; great value!

Although the service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I cannot get past the fact I paid $20.00 for 5 pierogi. Really, 4 dollars for a bit of dough and potatoes. Also I ordered pierogi with cheese and broccoli, what I received was ordinary pierog. Even though I liked the place I won't return.

Had 3 appetizers. The Spinach dip- only thing good about it was the bread bowl. Do not recommend. The pickle chips- absolutely horrible. Not worth the price. Tasted terrible. The jalapeño cheddar tater kegs- not spicy at all. Taste was just ok

I ordered 2 halibut dinner meals and the fish was such a small portion for the price of the meal. The coleslaw that comes with it also did not taste that well either. At least for the price they were asking they could have had 2 pieces of fish in the order. I will definitely not be eating here again.

We visited the Factory House tonight for the first time. We decided to go with Olivia’s recommendation and tried the chicken and shrimp stir fry. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst stir fry we’ve ever had, we couldn’t even get through two bites. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved, and overall the dish was inedible. It was disappointing to be charged full price for something that felt like reheated food. Sadly, this experience left us feeling like our money went to waste.
