Crappy, disrespectful service. We got there for our 7:30 reservation, a male employee told us it would be a minimum 15 minute wait depending. So we sat and waited, already upset. Then 2 minutes later another couple walks in also there for a 7:30 reservation, and this time a female employee says “I’ll see what I can do, follow me :)” leading them to a table. I was disgusted. I think it was so rude to tell one couple to wait and then another couple gets to walk in and sit at a table, both being a 7:30 reservation. So we left. Very sad with that experience honestly…I hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Tried Factory take out special this week. Chicken Parm, salad and pasta. Great portions! Pasta perfect al dente, chicken nice and crispy. Even the salad was excellent. Fresh, crisp, not just mixed greens. Veggies too. $55 for 4 people!

Went for dinner. I asked for the stir-fry bowl with chicken. The bowl was filled with noodles, 3 pieces of chicken and very little veggies. Not at all worth the cost. My friend got the smash burger and said it had no flavor. Very disappointed. Our waitress was very nice.
Very disappointed in their menu. Ever since they changed over to a 'Sports Bar' that's all they cater to. They used to have a delicious gnocchi but no longer. Their burgers are greasy and the menu is very limited plus the prices have increased so much. Tries to order on Uber, but apparently the menu was outdated and didn't have the items I wanted. Ended up canceling my order.

I order two poutines through uber eats and the portions were really small not the same of when I got it at the restaurant, very desapointed.
