We visited the Factory House tonight for the first time. We decided to go with Olivia’s recommendation and tried the chicken and shrimp stir fry. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst stir fry we’ve ever had, we couldn’t even get through two bites. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved, and overall the dish was inedible. It was disappointing to be charged full price for something that felt like reheated food. Sadly, this experience left us feeling like our money went to waste.

On Sunday August 24 for lunch with my friend, I ordered Eggs Benedict, the appearance looked as though it had been made the day before , it was most unappetizing, not pleasing at all. The waitress did not appear once during the time asking if we would like a coffee refill. Will not recommend!

Burger was raw when served and I let the server know and her response was “that’s how we cook them” it was red still. After that the server disappeared had to ask another server walking by for drink refills .She came back with the bill though,

Very disappointed in the restaurant for several reasons
1. First the wait time to get a server so I could order was way too long
2. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, both dispensers were out of soap
3. An employee was there and noticed it too, he had just finished using the bathroom and was supposed to be properly washing his hands, he said to just do without and someone will eventually refill it, he left and didn't wash his hands thoroughly, he also didn't immediately get the soap filled, which is basic hygiene for food service, there was no indication that he washed his hands elsewhere and of course he was handing out food to people
4. The wait time for food was way too long, also when I wanted to pay and leave, it took so long I had to get up and go to the bar to pay, this also took too long to get the bill
5. There is no bike racks anywhere on the property to put your bike, for a business like this, a bike rack is a must
6. The employees should have a name tag on them
Also i got really bad food poisoning from this place which is extra bad as I have ptsd already regarding gastrointestinal functions and this made things worse

Waitress was friendly, but took awhile to spot me, since you seat yourself once the dining area is closed. Food was excellent and tasty, but the cake for dessert was dry like it had be just taken out of the fridge

Don’t drink the water it’s horrible.
I saw a refrigerator full of bottled waters; so I asked our waitress for a couple of bottled waters….. She got an attitude!
She said we got the last two bottled waters in the entire restaurant…… when I saw with my own eyes… at least 100 bottles of waters in the refrigerator!
I wasn’t rude! I just didn’t care for someone lying to me right in my face!
The service is horrible, rude, and slow!

Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone down hill. The food used to be so good and consistent - my husband and I would considered ourselves “regulars”. Not sure if the new owners have something to do with it, but it’s really too bad. We won’t be going back. Not worth it.

The interior has industrial factory styling, and the food is crafted with care and tastes great. It's a nice place to relax and watch one of the many screens showing whatever game is on, in a small or larger group. Good service and clean bathrooms.
1st time trying this place after hearing such great things and I'm glad I did!

I ordered a burger on a GF bun but when my food arrived it was definitely not what I ordered. The waitress brought me a plate with a GF bun on it. The waitress was great and even made me a fresh pot of coffee. However the kitchen wasn’t paying attention.
