So we ordered 2 chicken rice bowls from the uber buy one get one free deal today, our delivery driver immediately upon knocking told us to check the order, which was already a red flag. We check and see that the order is completely wrong. We got 2 chicken sandwich wraps and a rice bowl, yes, a plain rice bowl with nothing in it. Even our driver was telling us not to order from them its crazy.

I was customer with farooj king since it was opened. However, in the past 12 months. I’ve noticed a food quality and service deterioration . I’m not sure if the management is changed. I saw new faces. I called today to order a rotisserie chicken and they told me it will be ready in 15 mins. When I came, the guy told me that we gave your order to someone else because you didn’t confirm the order. This guy is a joke. Don't go there. You lost a customer.

Amazing food and customer service. I called them in a panic after another restaurant cancelled my order on DoorDash during a work potluck and they came to the rescue and prepared a shawarma platter and delivered within an hour. The platter was delicious and everyone at work loved it. Farouj king will definitely be my first choice when ordering takeout/catering from now on.

I ordered half Fried Chicken it was crispy and the chicken was not old but the taste was full of cardamom the chicken seasoning need to be adjusted

Nice authentic shawarma I have had comparable to the hot spot shawarma restaurant downtown Windsor.. they make there own pita bread nice beautiful place you guys just got another regular that will be stopping by thank you. 👍😎

I ordered on Oct 9 the buy 1 get one shawarma bowl and I only received one. The second time I ordered I got both. But I was never compensated for the item I paid for but never received. I called when I placed the second order but was told we can only do what you ordered

Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered grilled chicken expecting it to be roasted to a nice golden color, but what I received was completely black — burnt like charcoal. The outside was hard and bitter, and it ruined the flavor entirely. This is not what proper grilled chicken should look or taste like. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and presentation
