Tried them for the first time this evening. First, their pricing is misleading. The only burrito that matches their online price is the vegetarian one. Any protein, and they surcharge. Not very impressive. Next, chips and queso. I like my salt, but these chips are brutally oversalted. Couldn’t eat them all, I’d have a sodium overload. The burrito itself was fined but not sure that I’ll be back.

We ordered a big burrito and a small burrito on Saturday day night. Turns out it was a terrible experience. It’s extremely SPICY. I couldn’t finish it and have to toss it halfway. It must be fault on their side. Cuz we ordered it before and this time we didn’t change anything to the order. I
had Acute Gastroenteritis so I never ordered super spicy food. But this time 2 minutes after eating it, my mouth still feel the pain from burning. I’m just super grateful that for the time being my Acute Gastroenteritis hasn’t been triggered. Also very disappointed since this is the closest burrito place near my house but we will never order from there again :(

Great burrito place! The food is fresh, portions are generous, and the flavors are on point. Staff was friendly and service was quick. A perfect spot when you’re craving a filling and tasty burrito and bowls. Will definitely be back!

I just ordered 2 burrito bowls from here. I have been here several times since this location opened in the neighbourhood. I truly want to be able to support it but the service and quality is far from what it was when it first open. Tonight's experience was comically terrible. I was the only one in the restaurant but the lady behind the counter couldn't possibly have cared less and did her job ridiculously poorly. Everything from taking my order to preparation of the food was the worst I have seen yet. When I asked her to scan my rewards qr code when it was time to pay, she ignored the request. I asked again and she said to pay first then she will scan my rewards code. I paid. She then asked me to scan my qr code...and walked away even though it was clear as day that it was a pointless time to scan my code/phone since the screen showed no active order on it, lolol. She was absolutely miserable and annoyed that I asked to scan the code for rewards points with this purchase. Low and behold, I never received my points. I checked before placing this review. There is no purchase history from today when I login to my rewards account.
Then it came time to prepare the food. She couldn't have possibly cared less. With each topping she scopped into each burrito bowl she was annoyed and put less than half a scoop of each item. It was so obvious at how miserable she was that I felt too uncomfortable to ask why she only put 3 strands of shredded veggies and less than half a scoope of the other toppings into the bowls...including black beans that were so dried out and mushy that they looked like a black paste! My sole purpose of eating there tonight was to get a high protein chicken bowl after my workout. There was literally 4-5 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl and barely visible. She didn't even use utensils for placing half the toppings in the bowl. Instead she used her hands with the same gloves that she went back and forth to the kitchen area with to handle the raw shrimp and other supplies such as the oil spray bottle to sautee the shrimp for my shrimp bowl. Not once did she change her gloves while preparing the food including after she grabbed each ingredient with her dirty gloves. I am very disappointed and will not return. Taco Bell would have been a better option than this tonight. I attached pictures for comical reasons. I certainly won't be eating these filthy bowls either. I have no clue why this employee was so terribly annoyed and miserable tonight and why she utilized the least sanitary techniques possible to prepare the food tonight. I realize she was working alone but I was the only person in the restaurant. Regretfully I have to post this review to warn others.

The food is both delicious and healthy. I tried the crispy fish bowl, and it tasted amazing with the chipotle and burrito sauces. The portions are generous, and I think I become a fan of that bowl now!
The ambience is clean and pleasant, and the staff provides friendly service.

horrible burrito, got a huge burrito and the portions were so small barley gave me any protein or rice better off going somewhere else if your hungry.

Rude didn't even know there password for there guests internet connection when I asked 3 different people they either ignored me or didn't know what I was saying. Just bad customer service and attention to the food ..

Our first time trying out fat bastard the atmosphere was very welcoming and customer service was amazing we went around 8pm and Aisha was the one to serve us it seemed to just be her on her own she still managed to make our food quickly and with a smile will definitely recommend!
