There are many Shawarma places in Windsor, but this one stands above the rest. So much so that I don't know where exactly to begin in praising them. The best place to start, I suppose, is authenticity. Walk into Shelby's and then walk into Fattoush Express and you will know exactly what I mean. And make no mistake, authenticity matters! It's why this place's Donair are the best I have ever had! And this is to say nothing of the price. For only about $8.50 (with tax) you get a delicious wrap stuffed with prime protein! Of course, I would be remiss if I did not talk about the awesome staff. The staff here are so nice, and genuinely fun to talk, creating a first-rate atmosphere the minute you walk through the door. I got the special chicken plate with the hot and garlic sauce. Very good combo with the rice and the fattoush salad. Fattoush could definitely be a little better but overall the food was very good.

I have been coming here for years and have always had stellar experiences. Fattoush Express is a wonderful, convenient stop for delicious food—whether for just yourself or for the whole family.
Two things to note: 1) They have the best garlic sauce in Windsor! (made without egg yolks); and 2) Their fattoush salad is the only salad I’ll eat.
Do yourself a favour and integrate this stop into your regular routine. You wont regret it! Plus, Yousif and the team are as wonderful as the food!
