I had an amazing experience at Fatoush Express! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was warm, clean, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed meal. If you’re going to advertise “Beef Shawarma” or “Chicken Shawarma,” then either provide a reasonable amount of meat, or don’t offer it at all.
Why do I feel like I ordered a veggie shawarma with a sprinkle of meat?
I rarely write reviews, but this experience really angered me. I’m sick, craving some protein, and of all the places I could have chosen, I unfortunately (for the last time) chose your establishment.
I did not want to lie about service and atmosphere so there is that.

Yesterday, 12.5 hours into a drive from Quebec to Michigan, my family stopped at Fattoush Express for a quick dinner. The food was delicious, but more impactfully, Yousuf received us with exceptional warmth and care. It was unexpected, and it made a huge difference for four tired travelers.
We ordered a special plate with chicken, the shawarma poutine, and chicken tenders with fries. All were great and the portions were huge -- the first two were more than enough for us, so we brought the third home for lunch today. We’d come back for the food, but really, it’s Yousuf’s hospitality that will keep us coming back whenever we’re in Windsor!
