Finished my first meal prep order a few days ago, picking up my second order today. Everything I had tasted great. Love the variety of different meals I can choose from and the portions are good as well.I sometimes work 10 hour days and go right to the gym from work after my shift. You can tell that the owner cares a lot about the business. Everything is prepared with love and attention to quality and detail is easily observed. Ordering can’t be easier and the food changes weekly. It’s made our lives with busy careers much healthier. The prices are also fair and humble. Highly recommended.

OMG their lasagne is so great! We cut the large one into 6 good-sized pieces and microwaved for 3 minutes. Perfection! And the we topped it off with salted caramel cupcakes. Yummy!
