One star because I can't leave 0 stars. They burnt one of pur subs, didn't follow what I ordered for a simple turkey sub, it's missing half of what I ordered. I called them and they wouldn't replace it with my correct order. This was an almost 60 dollar order for 2 subs. 60 bucks for 2 subs and they REFUSED to rectify the situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAPPY AND VERY EXPENSIVE SUBS. BUYER BEWARE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND SKIP THIS PLACE ALTOGETHER. DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! I AM SUCK OF ALL THESE PLACES GIVING SUB PAR SERVICE AND HIDING BEHIND DELIVERY SERVICES TO RIP PEOPLE OFFAND I WILL BE CALLING THEM ALL OUT FROM NOW ON!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. First off, the person at the counter clearly had difficulty understanding English, which led to two major mistakes on my order they put green peppers on my sub even though I specifically asked for none, and gave me the wrong bread.
When I pointed it out, they offered to remake it, but insisted on throwing out the first sandwich even after I said I’d gladly give it to someone in need, like a homeless person. The fact that they'd rather toss perfectly edible food than allow it to help someone hungry is disgusting.
This is a company that claims to support firefighters and the community, yet they have no issue with wasting food right in front of a customer. What a contradiction. I will never support this place again, and I hope others think twice before giving their money to a business with such careless policies and poor service.

Order the chicken breast sub It wasn't cooked spent most of the night throwing up. Nobody knows how to cook chicken.
