My husband and I recently went to firehouse subs..our first visit. First of all Alex a very pleasant young man made our experience so much better..he explained everything to us. He gave some great recommendations. I must say he is probably the best employee I have encountered in a fast food chain. He should be promoted. If he's not a manager he should be. When he had a free moment at the till we saw him cleaning the glass on the entrance door... The subs were fantastic and...

the service was really good. I walked in and they answered all of my questions. There is a half and half deal that I saw online but it wasn’t advertised anywhere on their boards - it’s $12.99 for half a sandwich and soup.

The sub was good but I’m not sure for the price it’s worth visiting often. I got the engineer sub which is bigger than a 6inch sub and it was just alright - I was really hungry so I scarfed it down. I did enjoy the pickle on the side.

Alex was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond in every way to make our visit spectacular. A perfect example of a personable and professional individual.
Food was delicious!
