The food is never ready, I've ordered online 45 mins in advance and somehow have to wait 5-10 mins everytime. Not a single white worker on staff. Looks like every employee is fresh off the boat, not a single canadian working there either.

Always a consistent, great tasting burgers! I really like the addition of green pepper, mushroom, onions and fresh jalapenos. It transforms the burger. It also doesn't matter if you order 5 minutes after the previous customer, because your fries will be made just as fresh. We all dread getting the food that was prepped and sat waiting under a heat lamp. Five guys may cost a bit more, but it's consistently good quality. Just eat it less and know you'll be happy when you do go!

Taking way toooooo to just give fries even when the store is not busy at all. Even fryers were empty. Asked me if I was waiting for fries after 10 minutes and then they start preparing order. Like 5 guys working and just 2 orders in the whole store but still wow.

recently visited Five Guys in Windsor, and it was an amazing experience! The burger I had was absolutely delicious — juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, from the perfectly seasoned beef to the fresh vegetables and soft toasted bun. The fries were hot, crispy, and served in a generous portion, just the way I like them. The staff were friendly and fast, and the place felt clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for another burger. Five Guys Windsor truly delivers great taste and great service every time! 🍔👏

My two favourite things on the menu here are of course the Five Guys Oreo milkshake which is a literal dream with actual Oreo chunks swirled throughout. It's thick, sweet, and that Oreo flavor really shines. My other favourite here is the poutine, the fries are usually on point, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and they load it up with cheese curds and gravy. The gravy's got that savory flavour, and the cheese melts just enough to get all gooey. It's a solid poutine fix, for sure. Service is okay, is usually a bit busy inside.

The quality of what you order is dependent on how busy they are. The busier they are, the better your food. How busy they are is dependent on how busy Devonshire Mall is, as that seems to be where most of their traffic comes from.
The price you pay for a burger, and they can't put real cheese on the burger (processed cheese). My advice find a local joint, where you can get a better burger, there are so many more options.

I tried Five Guys for the first time since it opened in Windsor, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed.
Both the hot dog and cheeseburger were soggy, lacking any standout flavor. For a place that’s known for its burgers, I expected something a bit more memorable.
The staff were polite, but the service felt average—nothing particularly welcoming or efficient. Considering the high prices, I expected better quality and overall experience.
Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to the hype.
