I lived in Calgary for 25 years and ate five guys numerous amount of times it was out of this world 2 days ago I tried the Windsor five guys the peanuts were stale waiting for my food The fries were under cooked the burger was overcooked I do not recommend you visit this location for the full five guys experience I have never been to any of the Detroit five guys but I guarantee it would be better than what windsor's is if its anything like Calgary's

There was a middle-aged Indian female manager screaming at her cashier in the middle of the day. Poor cashier feel bad for her to be working under such harsh circumstances. Hopefully the corporate can fix this kind of toxic workplace environment. Wish I had taken a video
I love how bright and upbeat the place feel. It is not cluttered, tight or stressful. It has a calm, but refreshing excitement about the place. The workers are kind, busy, and diligent. The fries are amazing. I love 5 guys. All I can eat there is the fried, since I am allergic to so many things, but trust me, my Mom, sister and niece liked the burgers.

First visit to Five Guys and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a single burger with cheese and bacon, topped with onion, pickle and tomato. Fries are hand-cut and delicious! A regular size order of fries is large enough for sharing. Burger patty is on the thinner side - a bit thicker than a McDonald’s cheeseburger, but filling. Quality is way better than fast food offerings. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is clean. We sat outside as it was quite chilly inside.
