The taters and bbq sauce were really good and the service was really good as we were about to order chicken they said it wasn’t halal as other restaurants ignore when we talk about the meat being halal. Honestly 10/10 id come there again if I visit Windsor again.

We stopped in Sunday evening to place a takeout order. We’ve never been before so the server showed us the menu and recommended a couple items. We decided on a wing and wedge combo with a pasta salad side, 6 piece chicken and zucchini sticks. The chicken was perfectly cooked and I loved the zucchini sticks. Their mild bbq sauce was almost like a mix between buffalo and bbq, we really enjoyed it. The staff were dealing with a decent amount of customers and orders given it was already 9pm on a Sunday. But the two staff members still got our order together in a timely manner and apologized for the wait, although it truly wasn’t bad. Maybe 15 minutes. We appreciate their kindness and will definitely order again. We’d would recommend the individual fried chicken pieces and zucchini sticks the most. The photo I took isn’t the best and includes a couple items for another nearby local restaurant but we were very pleased!

Just tried this place, been dying to try it for a while. I ordered the 3 piece chicken deluxe meal and specifically asked for 3 thighs to test their service. They were out of thighs (understandable, it was getting late), but to my surprise, they included a little note apologizing and threw in an extra piece.
(Please don’t go here expecting extras—I’m sure it was just a one time thing.)
As for service, I’d give it a 5/5. Very friendly.
Now for the food, I have mixed thoughts. On one hand, the cornbread, wedges, gravy, and potato salad were all great. On the other, the chicken (which is the most important part) was dry and slightly stale. Granted, I ordered through Uber Eats since it was late and I didn’t want to drive, so that definitely could’ve affected the texture and flavor.
The seasoning on the chicken was good, but there was no crunch, and the pieces were quite small compared to other spots.
I’d really like to go in sometime and try a fresh batch of chicken to give a fair review, but for now, these are my thoughts. (Will update next time I go!)

Changed review, the food is perfect and tastes the same like before. Taters were excellent, salads were good and the chicken is no longer oily and soft ..its just perfect!

Chicken was cooked in two batches with the second batch being obviously rushed, ordered 21 pieces of chicken and came with 7 legs? Taters were decent but for 100+ doesn't seem worth it, too bad always loved this place but seems to have gone down in terms of both quality and flavour.

Ordered this for a friend to try after being recommended by another friend. She couldn't believe how good the chicken sandwich was and the taters were next level. The coleslaw was A+++++++ and she's very picky about her coleslaw. She said that this was one the absolutely best chicken Sandwich taters coleslaw she ever had. Will be back again. Super friendly and.helpful staff as well
