Received delivery today and spent over $80. Chicken and veal were soggy and also labeled incorrectly. Battered mushrooms were tasteless. Will only order from the original location moving forward. Delivery was very fast and the only positive thing from this experience.

Ordered some Ravioli tonite. Might as well just brought a can of Chef Boy R Dee. Same amout, same flavour, $18.00 for each order of Ravioli. Definitely not worth the money.

Picked up my Terminator 28 pieces $45 with tip. Pizza looked okay when I picked it up. I came home and served my kids and they complained it was dry and the cheese is over cooked. I called and explained my situation to the manager. He told me he would replace it if it wasn't eaten. I told them we obviously ate some but it is a 28 piece pizza and no one is happy with the pizza. He said I was happy when I left...(that was before we tasted it.) If you have a business you should appreciate your customers and if someone calls with a concern you should try and rectify the problem, without a battle. Francos use to be a favourite of mine but with the quality of the customer service, I will no longer be ordering from here.

just order Fettuccine With Alfredo Sauce & Baby Shrimp the lady should of said its not with baby shrimp and i now know i order from the wrong location i wouldnt of order it cause the baby shrimp doesnt have tails and is under Italian meals on menu i order from not under

I live the pizza here. This is my go to spot. The Gelato is really good too, try a sample when you pick up your pizza. The service is the best, the people up front always make us feel like we're the most important customers they have.
