I can't believe how horrible tasting pizza I picked up today firat of all is was cold and tasteless. Super thin and taste like frozen.
The taste should be the same all the time. I have been going to francos since a child. That will change now for sure.

Great service. I order a meal and pick up their grab and go meals. All the staff are super friendly. The food is so good and a great price.

Awful gluten free pizza. The crust was literally as thick as a piece of cardboard, with the same texture and was tasteless. More toppings could have compensated for the subpar crust, however, even those were minimal. We also ordered “regular” pizza, which came with various complaints from the family about the sauce, pepperoni and overall taste. Extend my disappointing for our family get together. It was the first time ordering pizza from Francos, and will be our last. Photos would’ve been added, however it won’t allow uploads.

I like the pizza but when I go to pick up my order I have to wait for someone to come to the counter to serve me. The servers are friendly and helpful. How last time I got my pizza home, I noticed it was missing two pieces. Next I will check before I leave the restaurant to make sure everything is fine with my order.

I use to give a five star for this restaurant, but I noticed over the years their food started to change,
Exspelly with flavor and definitely prices
I know things done up but this is ridiculous I couldn't get over our price of our meal Terminator garlic bread and mozzarella sticks close to $80 with very high up their pizza has changed and flavor in case if not the same like it used to be
I'm not sure if the new people took over or if it's the same owner and different Cooks
The food was always excellent and favorable and very good which still iis just very different
I will still continue to order from here just not that much
Hopefully things will change soon prices will get lower
Food will get better they need to have more different items in the menu
Vegetarian items too will be nice,

Awesome food. Only issue is the address is listed as sandwich pkwy. ITS AT LAUZON PLWY PLAZA! It's not on the west end in ghetto sandwich Town!!!!!

The food is still excellent but i miss the old location, and the dining room being closed makes it much harder

Was referred by a friend, the pizza I ordered was great. Not to gresey, cooked well. Could have used a bit more topping but over all a good pizza. I will order again.

Can't really say much about this place other than I was more than annoyed to show up and find out that after driving there, the dining in is closed, and Im not sure if it is permanently or temporarily for a few months (as I wa told both so who knows whats really going on ?). But they're still open for takeout. Would be nice tho if they posted that on their website, including google maps. And it really sucks because the food actually looks pretty good too, was actually looking forward to it ???☹️ ?
