I had a very poor experience at this location, that I have not experienced at any other Freshii location.
I had ordered an hour ahead on the app to pick up my order. I arrived to pick up my order and the employee informed me she had not started making it. I came in at the same time as another customer and the employee had not made their meal either. The reason the employee gave was that she was out of brown rice and needed to make more. I am having difficulty understanding why she had not found the time in the hour since I ordered my food to make rice, especially since I had ordered the daily special Pangoa Bowl which has rice as the base. It should be expected that the daily special would be ordered frequently so employees should stay on top of stock. She offered to make my order with a different base and I chose rice noodles. There was only one employee in the store at the time and instead of making my order right away, she started having a conversation with a skip the dishes driver while I was waiting.
When my food was finally ready, she did apologize for the wait. However, the rice noodles were undercooked, they were very hard and some pieces were even crunchy. I assume this was the case because she was rushing to make my order. I ate the whole meal since I didn't have other options. Later that night I started to feel extremely unwell and was throwing up throughout the night. I didn't eat anything else besides the bowl so I believe it gave me food poisoning, potentially from the uncooked noodles.
I am very disappointed in the service I received. I come to Freshii fairly frequently and have never had an experience like this. There were a lot of issues for one simple order.

I haven’t eaten a meal from Freshii in several years, so I don’t know if my recent order was an anomaly, or this is what the food is like now. I ordered two Buddha bowls with tofu, and they were both inedible. As in, I couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. And I am NOT fussy when it comes to food. The tofu tasted off, like it had sat for too long and started to ferment. It was the texture of paste. PASTE. I haven’t eaten meat in 25 years so I eat A LOT of tofu, and I have never tasted anything so gross. Secondly, the rice noodles were hard and undercooked, and there wasn’t even close to enough sauce to cover them. It was dry and flavourless, aside from the rotten flavour of the tofu.
I’m really disappointed because when I lived in another city I ate Freshii often, but I don’t think I’m going to chance it again. If anything changes I will update this review.

I had ordered 2 tomato soups and a vegetarian wrap with falafel and eggs on the side. They didn't have the soups so they said they are canceling it and Doordash will be refunding the balance. It's been a week and I have called a few times with new story from their end each time . They should remove the items from their website if they are not available and secundly they are supposed to compensate in some way. Disappointed by their customer service. I am a pretty regular customer in person or through Doordash. But looks like they do not much care about people's inconvenience!! I had to pay for a meal i didn't even get!!
The management was very helpful finally and compensated for the inconvenience. Thanks a lot Devan and Avi.

Very kind staff and delicious, healthy meals/smoothies
Don't bother, zero effort went into my meal. When I first got it I thought it wasnt what i ordered, looked liked who made it either didn't know or didn't care. 3 tiny peices of chicken for a dish with chicken in the name. Honestly I'm just sad. Not worth the 20 dollarsNot to mention I was the only one there, making the only reason it was bad was due to lack of effort.
