Went for lunch last week and got there between 1105 and 11:10. The doors were locked and we knocked. A male worker stuck his head out and I said are u not opened. He said we open at 11 and I stated it is after 11. He said he was setting everything up.Chairs were not even at table and he was putting mats on floor. Terrible Service today at FRYDAY'S!
I pre-ordered ( 3 ) three meals at 1:00 p.m., for a 2:30p.m. pick-up.
I arrived at 2:30 p.m. , only to find my order was NOT ready , it wasn't even started yet! I received my order at 2:55 p.m.
There was ( 1 ) one guy working!!!
( 1 ) one guy who was cooking the food / line cook , taking orders on the phone , taking orders at the " Take Out " window , packing the food, cashing the order out!!! ( 1 ) one person. WTF?!

We have been going to Friday's since they opened. Unfortunately last night will be our last time. Halibut and Haddock was so thin all we could taste was the batter. For $47 this is not acceptable and certainly not what it used to be.
