Frydays Authentic Fish & Chips

Went for lunch last week and got there between 1105 and 11:10. The doors were locked and we knocked. A male worker stuck his head out and I said are u not opened. He said we open at 11 and I stated it is after 11. He said he was setting everything up.Chairs were not even at table and he was putting mats on floor. When I get lunch at 11 and it opens at 11 they should be ready to serve customers.. not doing restaurant setup. They should be brought in maybe at 10:30 so everything is done to wait on customers for 11. I did send them an email but no reply at all. I usually went once a week for lunch but will NOT be going back. Very poor customer service and YES we left.

Almost a 5 but not quite as good as Sir Cedric's. This is really good for those who like a thin batter. The halibut was fresh too!

The prices on line does not match up with the prices in the restaurant. Need to up date the prices big time. There is a big difference in price.

Amazing food! Tartar sauce + French fry combo was better than maybe any other I've had. Fresh ingredients were obvious in everything. Nice people, even offered table service for dine-in.

This is my favorite place in Windsor for fish and chips. The portions are big and my favorite thing about it is the fish batter. It's so light and crispy and the batter to fish ratio is perfect. Delicious fish and chips. This is my go-to place even if it is a bit pricey.

I stopped in and got the halibut lunch combo after tip is was $20,
The meal came with 1 bland but well cooked fillet, a medium amount of bland oily fries, and a pretty good vinaigrette coleslaw.
Over all way too much for way too little and you don't even get fresh tartar sauce. Service was good employees where very polite and helpful and the interior was very clean and had a nice vibe.

If you wanna good go to for lunch or dinner, it is always good never had a bad meal always consistent fresh friendly joyful place to be staff is always smiling and it is clean the table the bathroom kitchen everything

Convenient location in a strip mall with ample parking, but may be hard to find for some. Cafeteria style dining, but the employees help you and get things for you when you request it. Fish was good, not too greasy like some. Not the most comfortable place to eat, but if you're hungry, who cares!
