just ordered 2 pantos and the garlic bread with cheese for me and my fiance they said about 45 minutes to deliver came before that and we’re so crisp and so warm not soggy at all. the ratio between the toppings and breading was amazing not too much dough but also not overpowering with the toppings and it was MASSIVE we will BOTH have lunch tomorrow and dinner with how big it was. and like i said the taste was out of this world meat sauce and marinara was unreal aswll as the garlic cheese bread is also unreal. the panzo special is also really great pricing :)

I’ve tried not blasting online but it’s more than warranted at this point. I ordered 3 panzarotti’s Friday Sept 6 at 12:30 in the afternoon. Online said store was open and I placed order and paid for order. I received online confirmation for my 1:00 pick up. We arrive to pick up food and store was closed. Ok, not super happy but we got food next door, so not a huge issue. A few days later my pending transaction on my visa was charged ? I was very surprised and not happy. I called the store and asked for a manager and the gentleman said he basically was the manager. I told him what happened and he said a refund will be given. A few days gone by and nothing. I call back and talk to him again and he looks up that order and said yup, the owner did not refund you but I’ll call him now. I was told owner would be contacting me. Again more days go by and I don’t hear from anyone or get money refunded. I call again and ask for a manager. This time a young lady / women answers the phone and after I ask for a manager and explain what happened she says she is the owner and would be sending a refund rite away. She even called back after to confirm e mail address to send money to telling me money would be sent that night or following morning. Well it’s been over a week and nothing. It certainly does not seem like you care about your customers !!

I placed an order at 5:15pm using their online website and received the confirmation email immediately. At 6:45pm, after my kids wanting to eat everything in the kitchen hungry, I called asking where my food is. They said they had issues with their website and it'd be here in 15 minutes. It didn't show up until a half hour later and by then my kids had already eaten sandwiches and were on their way to bed since they're toddlers.
We spent over 80 dollars on our meal and don't eat out often, so it was especially disappointing.

GINO'S PIZZA YOU MAKE ME SICK!!!! I have never been so utterly digusted with a company(owner) in my life!!!! Gino's was hired to do personal pizzas( they bring an oven to the site) for my nieces wedding( this was her main meal not the late night snack) and messaged her the night before her wedding stating "he could not do her wedding as he didn't have the STAFF" LITTLE CAESARS TO THE RESCUE after hearing her story they provided the pizza for free!!!!! Thank you Little Caesars!!!! Gino's you suck shame on you!!!

Wow! I couldn't even finish my meal before running to make this review! 10/10. I got the party box and man was it a party, the selection was perfect. Wings, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, Mac n cheese bits and a big serving of these crunchy little potato wedges. I also got a large 4 topping pizza with the free garlic butter crust. This meal was exactly what we needed and satisfied every craving! Thank you Gino's!

Absolutely phenomenal wings, every Wednesday we order wings to my work, we usually order a minimum of 60 up to 80 wings. Easily the best wings in windsor, the spicy ranch sauce is especially great.
