Absolutely poor management skills. I ate here least once a week, the past three times he has forgot items i let it go stuff happens. Wait in store for him to finish. Today I ordered he tells me pick up in 20 minutes. I show up he is on his phone not one person in the restaurant and he says oh I forgot your order sorry.Thanks but I'll give my money to someone who appreciates their customers
