Saturday Nov 29, 25 about 915pm. Going through drive through for simple chicken sandwich, 25 min later and still waiting. Employee insisted that it takes that long to cook. She was very rude to my wife with her responses. The fries were cold because of the delay, so she asked for fresh fries - the response from the worker was “that will take even longer”. No apology, no remorse just major attitude and rudeness. The employee insisted that the restaurant was closed at 9:15 pm and it takes 25 min to cook chicken. The manager didn’t even want to come to drive through window.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived it was cold and missing items. When we called the restaurant to sort things out, the staff wasn’t very helpful and repeatedly insisted that delivery isn’t available through the app. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately we won’t be returning.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience. The workers here are actually very friendly , most of them seem like young students and the vibe at the counter is always nice. The place also looks clean when you first walk in.
But during my most recent visit, something happened that completely changed how I feel about this location. As I was getting my food handed to me, I saw what looked like a rat in the back. I honestly froze. I ended up putting my food down and walking out because if I’m seeing one, I can’t help but worry there might be more. It completely killed my appetite and my trust in this location.
I don’t want to be rude to the staff ,again, they’ve always been polite , but this really made me feel uncomfortable, and I won’t be eating here again. I’ll be going to a different Harvey’s that’s better staffed and (hopefully) cleaner. I hope management takes this seriously because this was extremely gross and disappointing.

Darleen is so nice saying hi to all my toddler boys in the back and letting me know when the fries are extra hot so they don’t burn their little mouths. She’s always got a smile on her face and we look forward to seeing her for our large fries

The server had an attitude there was an issue collecting scene points & then she proceeded to talk to another co worker complaining about re doing the order just to collect 2 scene points I felt like a heal I won’t be back to this location
