Went in with a large group of almost 10 coupon-carrying people right at lunch time and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and appears to be newly renovated. The staff were friendly and were like a well-oiled machine at getting us through the line with our orders. We'll be back for sure.

Marcia was kind, gave me my order with a smile and asked if I needed utensils, ketchup, salt and pepper. It felt like she went the extra mile because she genuinely wanted me to feel taken care of. Poutine was hot and fresh, Buffalo wrap was heavy and jammed pack with chicken. 10 out of 10 food and service.

The food was horrible no ice in the pop Fries and onions rings were chicken seamed like.it sat out for to long bacon chesse burger was cold and looked like it was not cooked call the store today at 150pm the manger who I spoke too said I was l lying and I ask for a number to contact someone above her and asked for name and she told me I'm not giving u my name and hung up bad service and harveys should be ashamed to even have some manger like her working for them

I am a friend of someone who use to work there using her Google account and I give this place 0 starts the manger there let the griller yell at her in front of me and other costumers and she let her daughter treat People like crap i seen like 10 people walk off there shifts. I know how they keep there jobs cause of the manger. It's not right how the works get treated there

the lady at my window was extremely disrespectful, she had me wait at the window for several minutes then when i asked why i was waiting for so long she told me everyone has to wait and shut the window in my face. I was there on tuesday, may 27 at 8:30 pm this needs to be taken responsibility of.

EXTREMELY disrespectful. Jess the management team is extremely rude, messed up our order and slammed the door on us. I’ve been manager at another Harvey’s for 4 years and this is not how we act. She ripped the food out of my hand and took it back . She was extremely disrespectful, rude, and it was uncalled for. When we tried talking to her she slammed the door on us and ran. This is not behaviour we will tolerate and we will be calling Dino, the manager and calling head office.
