I wanted to recognize, Tracy, a long time Harvey’s employee for her high level of customer service. An elderly woman entered the restaurant and placed a takeout order. Tracy saw the woman was struggling with her order as she left, and took the initiative to help her to her car. Great Job Tracy !!!

I just came to this location 2 seconds ago and asked them if the gravy was heated so the cheese can be melted on my poutine because it never is. They said yes and I just looked and was completely disappointed. Their gravy was cold. Not heated at all. The staff there tonight doesn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The food was absolutely great, however the customer service that I received from one particular older lady was just terrible. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t busy at all and she was just being rude and bashful for no reason.
