Fresh and flavourful food! Even for those who are not vegan you cannot deny the food tastes so good! Grabbed a spicy sushi bowl and a banana lemon square for lunch. Can't wait to try more! Gluten free, vegan and some desserts are labelled nut free.

My wife and I have been there numerous times and everything the food has been fabulous. We've had just about everything on the menu and are always delighted.

We have gone to Windsor just to eat at this restaurant two different times. It is so good every time we eat here. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of vegan main courses and desserts. We have never had a bad meal here. We also buy lots of packaged vegan groceries from the store. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Windsor/Detroit area. Thank you!

First time here with a friend. We both found the food excellent! Our server Jonathan was also great! Good portions, flavourful food, wide menu selection. You can purchase vegan products (including delectable chocolate creations) when you visit. Definitely going back.

The owner was so friendly and the food delicious. We ended up visiting two days in a row because it was so good! Everything is vegan and gluten-free which makes it a good pick for groups with lots of dietary restrictions. They also have many of their products for sale to take home too.

We drove 15 min to this spot due to its great reviews to grab a quick bite and tea. We are visiting from out of town so we’re looking forward to checking it out. What a disappointment. The young woman on cash was the most inhospitable, rudest host I think we have ever encountered- usually these places are warm and kind atmosphere. First thing out of her mouth was ‘we are closing in 10mins’ in a tone that was so off putting - she had no interest in helping us out at all. Someone needs to explain how customer service works- she missed a good end of the end sale of products. She was so off putting and bored - we just left!

Took close to an hour for three açai bowls. They were underwhelming and looked nothing like the photos online. Essentially just yoghurt with rock hard granola on the bottom. All 3 of us left most of what we ordered. The restaurant was completely empty and when I asked if it normally takes this long for bowls after 45 minutes had passed, ‘skip the dishes orders take precedent and we are training someone’ was the response. Staff was unpleasant as well. Overpriced for the product served.Reply to owner’s response:I visited February 12th, 2:30pm. Sorry for the delay in my review. If you weren’t training staff at that point, not sure why they would use that as a reason. Your detailed point by point reply seems reasonable, but perhaps that should be communicated, ‘there are 15 skip the dishes orders ahead and your wait will be 55 minutes’ The bowl was not made properly based on what you’ve just communicated about ingredients. Overall experience was poor.
Great spot for gluten free breakfast options! Food was yummy and no issues at all with service. Only improvement could be some windows for natural light, felt a bit closed in, but the front looks like it’s getting renovated with a new entry so who knows this could improve soon!

Worth the price for the extra efforts and quality ingredients!!Well designed for healthy eaters like myself as well as for people with dietary restrictions and/or intolerances. I tried the Melty mushroom panini, the Mexicali burger, the tex mex tacos, and the big BLT wrap; the mushroom panini wasn’t my favourite, the BLT wrap and Mexicali burger was tied for 2nd, and the tex mex potato tacos were really good but could have used fresh cilantro (and the corn wrap just wasn’t great for my taste) but still good!An honest review couldn’t leave out the qualities of my first experience that are to be considered as constructive criticism and not necessarily negative feedback; the server could have been friendlier and more informative about how the dine-in experience operates (could have informed us where to get the menu because even though it’s readily available in the center of the dining area; as first timers we overlooked the menus and wasted some time waiting assuming the menu would be brought to us. As well we could have saved some time if we knew we had to go to the desk to order; especially because we had a reservation for the last hour of open hours. Lastly, and most simply, the silverware could have been shinier! Which is typical for almost every restaurant.) Overall - FIVE STARS from me! We love HEALTHY MAMA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my favorite stores to buy vegan products from. Also, their frozen vegan mac-n-cheese to be used at home must never be overlooked! Also their ready-made dragon rolls are my favorite go to quick meal ❤️
