Worst restaurant and service ever ! We waited at counter 10 min before anyone even came over to see us with another couple behind us...5 dirty tables waiting to be cleaned..We got seated by the window and the nasty dirty window and place was just dirty and disgusting ! We had pork spring rolls which had chewy rubber pieces . We both had lunch combos ,the rice was old and hard ! Service was absolutely horrible !!! Never be back and will NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ! AVOID THIS DIRTY PLACE ! If this much dirt,nasty walls,every jar on table was sticky and filthy, I can imagine what that kitchen looks like !

Got takeout the most flavorless food I ever tasted recommend eating cardboard if you have taste buds I never got food from them before but actually does not know what seasoning is

If you want to eat cold, old food this is your place to go! The rice was hard, old. Chicken pieces freezing cold. I brought my concerns up to the manager she claims “she’s never had a complaint in 16 years” but the other google reviews tell me a different story. Instead of offering to remove the meal she offers to reheat the rice. I was still charged for the plate of food I didn’t eat. I spent over $100 total for my dinner and I wish I would’ve went anywhere else. The manager is not pleasant and she is unprofessional. The food is also bad and I will not be back.

Used to like Jades , now very disappointed, ordered a combo A , the chicken soo guy was cooked in old bad oil , the colour was dark, hard to chew, oil dripping out and horrible not edible. Called the restaurant lady who said she was supervisor very arguementive and told me she was very busy with customers and couldn't do anything will call later I asked when she said I had my food and she was busy with customers and I had my food the other customers didn't, told her my food not able to eat she put me on hold and ignored me. Called back and said busy with customer well I am a customer with food that is not edible. Very bad customer service and food.

I normally get takeout here on a particular food that is deep fried spicy shrimp that comes with steam rice and it’s awesome. I decided to try the chicken fried rice and was very disappointed. Not at all good. 😢😢 so maybe not all their dish is good. Maybe only some are good and some are bad.

I actually took the food to go. The soup and the egg rolls were good, because I actually ate them there, The rest not so much. I had just got off work and the woman wouldn’t serve me a second drink. She thought I was drunk. I was upset about it to tell you the truth I will never go back.
Good food and service. Just warning they bump up the total sometimes if you don’t pay attention I find
