Used to like Jades , now very disappointed, ordered a combo A , the chicken soo guy was cooked in old bad oil , the colour was dark, hard to chew, oil dripping out and horrible not edible. Called the restaurant lady who said she was supervisor very arguementive and told me she was very busy with customers and couldn't do anything will call later I asked when she said I had my food and she was busy with customers and I had my food the other customers didn't, told her my food not able to eat she put me on hold and ignored me. Called back and said busy with customer well I am a customer with food that is not edible. Very bad customer service and food.

I normally get takeout here on a particular food that is deep fried spicy shrimp that comes with steam rice and it’s awesome. I decided to try the chicken fried rice and was very disappointed. Not at all good. 😢😢 so maybe not all their dish is good. Maybe only some are good and some are bad.

I actually took the food to go. The soup and the egg rolls were good, because I actually ate them there, The rest not so much. I had just got off work and the woman wouldn’t serve me a second drink. She thought I was drunk. I was upset about it to tell you the truth I will never go back.

The food was okay but the service was atrocious. Except for one dude in the back… he should be a server because he was really nice. However, the actual servers were really rude, gave the wrong order and practically threw the to-go box. Plus, my fortune cookie had no fortune in it and was crushed to pieces! Unbelievable!

Ordered take out online, and got a confirmation email, but when I arrived to pick up my order, the waitress seemed to not be able to find the order. After her running around searching, came back and said 'it'll be 5 minutes, it's being packaged'. No problem, as restaurant was very busy, so I wait. Almost 20 minutes later, she comes out with my order and apologized for the wait. When I got home, a 15 minute drive away, and opened the box, it was the wrong order. They had called and left a message wanting ME to come ALL the way back to correct the order. Sorry, not happening. Food was delicious, just not what I ordered.

The prices is ridiculous for what you get. Food is ok not the best.. The customer service is absolutely terrible. FOR what they charge they shouldn't be rude. Not worth it...
