Their kebabs there are really great, but what makes this place special for us is Elika. She’s a Persian staff member who always welcomes us so warmly and pays attention to every little detail. Honestly, she’s the main reason we keep coming back. She makes the whole experience better every time.

Jamra Lounge is honestly on another level. The vibe here is unmatched – cozy, stylish, and always filled with good energy. The shisha is smooth, flavorful, and easily the best in Windsor. On top of that, the food is fresh and delicious, and the menu has something for everyone.
An all-around fun atmosphere that keeps you coming back. The staff are super friendly and make sure you feel welcome every time.
If you’re looking for the perfect spot to chill with friends, enjoy great food, and smoke amazing shisha, Jamra Lounge is the place. Definitely deserves a solid 10/10 stars!

Great foods and the waitresses specially the Iranian lady that served us, Elika was Very helpful to us, very smart , very nice behaviour.
Overcharged us for a sheesha in the name of customer service. Not at all recommended. Always ask before seating the prices . Fyi, there was no outside food it was a bag of chips and a bottle of water . For which you cannot charge double the bill amount. Never visiting again
