Tried this for the first time. Our server was good and didn't ever have to ask for a refill. Apps were great. Burgers were done so well. Best of all handcut fries. Finally a place that HAS good portion size. Not cheap at all. Definitely be a regular.

Came for the Burger Battle last night & left extremely disappointed. We ordered the tower of onion rings & they were undercooked & soggy. My boyfriend ordered the Big Joe burger ($19) & enjoyed it, I ordered the Pig Mac ($21) & the mac & cheese was so spicy, I couldn’t eat it. I was glad I tried a few pieces that had fallen off the burger before taking a bite, the mac & cheese instantly set my mouth & stomach ablaze. My boyfriend tried the mac & cheese & also found it very spicy. By the time I got the waitress’ attention, my boyfriend had finished his burger. She offered to get me a new burger, I switched to the BBQ Jack ($18), which came out quickly. Unfortunately, my stomach was so upset, I couldn’t eat any more & had to take it to go. She hadn’t mentioned there was a $2 up charge for both Caesar salads that had minimal dressing, a few dry croutons, & maybe half a piece of bacon, & I left most of mine behind after the spicy Mac. She also charged me $21 for the Pig Mac, not the $18 for the new BBQ Jack burger. The table & the menus were also pretty sticky. $80 wasted.

Excellent burgers! We came because of the Burger Passport and it was awesome! Unfortunately, the fries were so bad, they tasted burnt and nothing to do with the amazing flavors, juiciness and savory of the burger. This for sure was a disappointment. Anyway, the burgers were amazing, lotsa mozza, pig Mac, big joe and Voodoo. All of them were tasty, juicy and delicious. For sure I'll come back but they have to do something about those fries, not good at all. Just hoping it was our bad luck in this particular visit.

Samantha was an amazing attentive server! Love the gluten free options as it's more than just burger buns! The burger I had was delicious 😋 There fries are gluten free and also use a separate fryer. It was our first time here definitely won't be our last.
Please bring back American Express! The corporate card is Amex, if not we have to skip Joe Schmoe’s for lunch. Help

Walked in with a bunch of hockey families late last night and the restaurant was more than accommodating!!! Thanks for hosting us! The wait staff was fabulous making room for everyone, holiday drinks were great!

Increased my previous rating from 4 to 5 star. Owner has improved the place and made it less sterile. Staff seem more friendly and food seems a bit better than I remember to. Will return more frequently now.
