Came for the Burger Battle last night & left extremely disappointed. We ordered the tower of onion rings & they were undercooked & soggy. My boyfriend ordered the Big Joe burger ($19) & enjoyed it, I ordered the Pig Mac ($21) & the mac & cheese was so spicy, I couldn’t eat it. I was glad I tried a few pieces that had fallen off the burger before taking a bite, the mac & cheese instantly set my mouth & stomach ablaze. My boyfriend tried the mac & cheese & also found it very spicy. By the time I got the waitress’ attention, my boyfriend had finished his burger. She offered to get me a new burger, I switched to the BBQ Jack ($18), which came out quickly. Unfortunately, my stomach was so upset, I couldn’t eat any more & had to take it to go. She hadn’t mentioned there was a $2 up charge for both Caesar salads that had minimal dressing, a few dry croutons, & maybe half a piece of bacon, & I left most of mine behind after the spicy Mac. She also charged me $21 for the Pig Mac, not the $18 for the new BBQ Jack burger. The table & the menus were also pretty sticky. $80 wasted.

Excellent burgers! We came because of the Burger Passport and it was awesome! Unfortunately, the fries were so bad, they tasted burnt and nothing to do with the amazing flavors, juiciness and savory of the burger. This for sure was a disappointment. Anyway, the burgers were amazing, lotsa mozza, pig Mac, big joe and Voodoo. All of them were tasty, juicy and delicious. For sure I'll come back but they have to do something about those fries, not good at all. Just hoping it was our bad luck in this particular visit.

Samantha was an amazing attentive server! Love the gluten free options as it's more than just burger buns! The burger I had was delicious 😋 There fries are gluten free and also use a separate fryer. It was our first time here definitely won't be our last.

Increased my previous rating from 4 to 5 star. Owner has improved the place and made it less sterile. Staff seem more friendly and food seems a bit better than I remember to. Will return more frequently now.
Ordered takeout. I had the firehouse burger with fries. Burger was delicious but fries were way too salty. Wife had bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. She said it was delicious. My daughter had chicken wings which she says were delicious. Less salt on the fries please. The servers who helped me were all very polite.

I love everything about this restaurant. Not only is the food fantastic, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Every waitress I've ever had here has done a great job at checking in on us and keeping our drinks filled. They are always greeting you with a smile and are willing to explain anything on the menu. Bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere in the building is very nice. I would certainly recommend visiting this establishment.

I can’t say enough great stuff about this place and the people who work there. I’m visiting family while I wait to return to Jasper after being evacuated for the wildfires and it can be pretty challenging to find food service that is truly gluten free. We heard through food spotters that they keep a separate fryer for gluten free so we went for lunch. It was such a treat to actually have a gluten free bun that didn’t crumble. They use quality ingredients and the best part was Diane - our server was kind and helpful. What a gem!

This place is underrated!! My mom is celiac so we don't eat out often when she's in town, as options are limited. We heard this place had options for her and decided to check it out along with my 6 year old son. They have gluten free buns, wraps and their fries are cooked in a separate vat that gluten doesn't touch so she could pretty much choose anything on 75% of the menu! On top of that the food was great, good portions and good prices. I had the Tuscan chicken sandwich which was 10/10 and my mom and son loved their burgers. Our server, Diane, was an absolute ray of sunshine and on top of everything. We'll be back in the future for sure.
