Always a good meal. Attentive wait staff and TVs everywhere. Very noisy; maybe because of the MLB Championship game... maybe.

Great experience centre stage to bar TV although had to crank chair 90 degrees to see bar tv

Food was good but service was extremely poor. Our waitress disappeared for an extended period of time and we had to waive a different waitress time. We were seated right below the AC vent and it was very cold, and the food got cold quickly as well.

Waitress was poor. Took far too long for even initial water or drink requests then at least 15 months for initial drink. We ordered right away since she the waitress was never around and when someone else brought out the dinner they forgot the side that we had ordered. 25 min later the waitress came by to see if we needed anything and we told her to cancel the side of onion rings that we ordered- no apologies- she just said- are u sure? I can go place an order. We said yes we ordered them with our dinner and we wanted to eat them with our dinner and now we are done. She did not even really deserve a tip- and we are not picky people but her service was poor. Not a reflection of John Max usually but bad service last night

It's so nice to see meatless options on the menu, especially the wings! However, it's disappointing that they are excluded from the 2-4-1 deal.

Amazing food and great service. I recommend trying the new appetizer John max fried mozzarella. And the 2-4-1 wings were great with a variety of sauce options.

Here in Windsor for a softball tournament with my daughter , tried John Max Sports and Wings for dinner and had an awesome experience. Olivia was our server and EXCELLENT service. Not to mention the wings - awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Mike and CJ are 2 great managers at Dougall and Lauzon Respectfully, two of the greatest night time managers dealing with cranky hungry customers with ease I really appreciate it.
