Love the chicken wings and fries, best fries I have had so far

Terrible service. Sat for 10 minutes without a server coming to take an order. Lots of servers around and wasn’t even busy. No one came to take our order. Waved a server down to take our order. She said she hadn’t seen us, despite walking right past us 5 times. Still didn’t come take our order or send anyone. After waiting another 5 minutes, we gave up and left. I guess they don’t want any business. Avoid unless you feel like sitting there waiting.

Great wings great spot for a hockey game and drinks!

Ordered online not impressed took me a half an hour consistently over and over and over again trying to reorder because their app wouldn't take my card and continually told me it was declined when both my accounts have money in them!! After eight times of trying I finally got it to work! Yay except I was so frustrated I accidentally ordered boneless wings instead of regular wings will never ever order again!! Lesson learned when an app gives you a hard time walk away

Love the wings! Kids are actually quiet here so we can have a meal and the only place in South Windsor we go to regularly. Always hits the spot.

A couple Thursday nights ago at John Maxx Dougall location for the first time and boy was the service awesome Alannah was taking care of my girlfriend and I. It was excellent. Service was over the top from Alannah and really made us feel like weve been coming there for years. Wings and nachos were spectacular. Only complaint is not serving Guinness in its proper glassware! Got to be able to split the G.

Will return to see Alannah again and hopefully split a few Gs

Delicious wings! Natasha the server was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and made good recommendations. Suggest the smoked applewood dry rub with NO breading on the wings.

Bad service, they always seem to be annoyed. The heavier one was rude

A burger with no sauce or any condiment what the hell kind of place is this! Even after I specifically requested it too!
