Rude staff. Mostly the managers. Quite shocked, but, I understand, this is simply how the world works. It's still remarkable how far this place operates at a distance from real, true, genuine, heart-felt customer service. As I said in my review of the casino itself, sure, you can bring a world class casino name, Caesar's, to Windsor, but you can't change the fact the place will be run by Windsorites. And this place is proof of that. Rude managers that now give me dirty looks and are quiet and cold when I come in, when I simply asked a few questions about how the food is cooked (and asked to see nutritional information), because I have strict dietary restrictions at times. Wow. Real loving, caring place. It's food. People consume it, and may simply want to know more info. I still kept coming back, and tipping, after the incident involving asking questions about their food, to show that to me there was no problem, (and I honestly like the food!), but now I simply can't take their rude looks and cold stares when I show up. Wow. Take care.

Great service and food. We got served by a lady i believe her name was Amy if i recall correctly. I got the spicy houston while my wife got the grilled chicken salad. The food was delicious, left me and my wife both full. Nice ambiance, good service and delicious food. Highly recommend

Can only speak to the boozy shakesâŠwhich were DELICIOUS. Service from Ralph was dynamite as he was so friendly and personable. We enjoyed the spiked chocolate peanut butter shakes which were thick, creamy (but missing the crushed Butterfinger on top) and reasonably priced. Would definitely return for one of these fun indulgences!

Overall, the food can be explained through the photo. The tuna sandwich was just definitely a no go on top of waiting 15 minutes for someone to get our orders and way longer to get our food (about 40 minute wait). What made it somewhat better was our server (unfortunately I canât remember her name). At LEAST there was an apology but certainly will not come back again. Thank you to the server regardless!

Honestly, I don't know why the rating isn't higher here. The shakes were wonderful, the burgers were pretty good. The server was super sweet and nice. I like Johnny Rockets!
I am gluten free (allergy not celiac) and there was very limited options throughout the casino for lunch. We asked if they had gluten free options. The waitress said they had gluten free buns and the fries were also. My girlfriend is vegetarian and she ordered the veggie burger. Waitress delivered the fries first which are coated to make them crisp so no they are not. Then the burgers came, and I asked her twice if it was a gluten free bun because it doesnât look like it and my friend asked if herâs was the vegetarian patty because it looked like meat. She was adamant they were. We both took a bite or 2 when she came running over said she mixed up the orders and handed us each our orders appologizing and asking if I was going to be ok. Saying she would take the fries off and give a big discount. She took 15% off which is only diamond rewards discount. She obviously didnt not admit her mistake to her bosses or they didnât care enough to comp any of it. They have 0 knowledge about allergies. Great restaurants up the road, go anywhere but here.
Vegetarian options: They handed my friend a meat burger telling her itâs the veggie one. Even though it is a preference not an allergy, staff should still be knowledgeable and care.
Dietary restrictions: They say they have gluten free and vegan options but the waitress was very unknowledgeable and dont trust any of it is other than a bun.

I got the Grilled Chicken Club Salad to go to have by the water. I think it was the best salad I've ever had!!!! There was so much "real" chicken and tons of bacon which was perfectly cooked, not soggy. The greens and vegetables were nice and fresh. The only complaint was the online price was $10.99, the actual price was $15,49, prices should be updated. But honestly it was completely worth it and will definitely get again!!!

Just visited, waited over 30 minutes for our burger. Waitress lied twice that our order is coming up. Literally watched her had to remind kitchen about our burger that they completely overlooked. Milkshake was good but will never visit again
