We were seated at a dirty table. The waitress said she would come back to wipe it off but never did. After waiting 15 minutes we asked another waitress who was taking our order. She gave an explanation of we take turns so sometimes it gets confusing iwho takes which table. She took our order, 2 burgers no sides and 2 glasses of water. The water came 10 minutes later and the question “did you want fries?” Waited another 15 minutes for our burgers. The burgers were the equivalent of buddy burgers from A&W , which wouldn’t be an issue if the bill wasn’t $29!!!! They were very dry, barely any flavour and definitely not spicy as advertised ( we both ordered the jalapeno burgers) I definitely will NOT recommend eating here!!!

Server was a older woman with long dark hair. After being sat at the table we waited almost 10 mins while she chatted to regulars. Finally got our coffees and water and placed out order. Food was quick to come out but sat for almost 10 minutes while the server once again talked to regulars. I've worked in the service industry before , I get that you get used to certain customers, but literally could have said I'll be right back to her friends and brought our food. The breakfast was cold..the toast was dry and cold, couldn't even spread the butter on it. The eggs were cold as well as the homefries. $50 for 2 half eaten breakfast which im sure had it been warm would have been delicious. Server has no idea of multi-tasking...literally can only do one thing at a time. My husband kept staring at our food saying should I just go get it lol. Before Server brought it to table she even spent a few minutes talking with the cook. We've eaten here several times and always loved everything about this resturant (different Server every other time)...guess to sum this up..the Server was horrible!

Totally disappointed by the order I didn't recieve on 08 August 2025 around 11pm. I paid 67 dollars just to receive 2 containers of tater tots, 1 container of fries and 1 container of onion rings, all of what I didn't ask for. I like carbs but not this much! I was told to come in and get a refund. However, at this point the refund is not worth it, because i am a United States citizen. I would lose 16 dollars in tolls just to come into Canada as well as the cost in gas and time.

Worst restaurant ever!! Monday 8/4 two women that looked like the cooks were just chatting away ...not working...very rude.... It was super busy waited an hour for a table. One server... 20 tables ....dirty.....RUDE KITCHEN COOKS! Both women cooks wouldn't even answer me in regards to a question.

Night time manager on Saturday evening needs to train on some customer service skills. Left,, due to the rude approach given. Ordered a appetizer to not recieve it before the meals came. Not to mention the greasy floor in bathroom. Do better !!!!

Rude staff. Mostly the managers. Quite shocked, but, I understand, this is simply how the world works. It's still remarkable how far this place operates at a distance from real, true, genuine, heart-felt customer service. As I said in my review of the casino itself, sure, you can bring a world class casino name, Caesar's, to Windsor, but you can't change the fact the place will be run by Windsorites. And this place is proof of that. Rude managers that now give me dirty looks and are quiet and cold when I come in, when I simply asked a few questions about how the food is cooked (and asked to see nutritional information), because I have strict dietary restrictions at times. Wow. Real loving, caring place. It's food. People consume it, and may simply want to know more info. I still kept coming back, and tipping, after the incident involving asking questions about their food, to show that to me there was no problem, (and I honestly like the food!), but now I simply can't take their rude looks and cold stares when I show up. Wow. Take care.

Can only speak to the boozy shakes…which were DELICIOUS. Service from Ralph was dynamite as he was so friendly and personable. We enjoyed the spiked chocolate peanut butter shakes which were thick, creamy (but missing the crushed Butterfinger on top) and reasonably priced. Would definitely return for one of these fun indulgences!

Overall, the food can be explained through the photo. The tuna sandwich was just definitely a no go on top of waiting 15 minutes for someone to get our orders and way longer to get our food (about 40 minute wait). What made it somewhat better was our server (unfortunately I can’t remember her name). At LEAST there was an apology but certainly will not come back again. Thank you to the server regardless!
