Manager was so unprofessional when we got there. He asked how we were when we responded “good how are you” he said “I’m at work on a Friday I’d rather be drinking” Our food took forever. It was gross. Our waitress left part way through the meal. The manager said it was “to get him a coffee” seemed very unprofessional. We didn’t tip as our food took forever and there was really no service. As we walked out he said “no tip”. Maybe don’t make snide remarks when customers are still within ear shot.

Ordered fries, burgers and grilled chicken salad. The server brought the fries first which were cold and seem frozen. Had two wait for burger and salad. Burger bun was cold and meat burned. Salad was missing most of the toppings and not fresh. It was better to go at Tim Horton than here. Very disappointed.

Do not come here otherwise you’ll be waiting forever for your food to arrive. The burgers came in cold after waiting an hour for them and the sides were only brought out when we complained how long it was taking. They were serving customers who came before us when we were waiting longer. Very poor service in the back area. Management needs improvement.

Stopped in at Johnny Rockets inside Caesars Windsor and ordered a BLT with no lettuce. The server was nice and got the order right, but the bacon was completely raw. There was a manager on duty who never left the cash, and the place wasn’t even busy. Clearly no one cared about the food or the customers. Won’t be back.

After a very forgettable visit we got contacted by upper management and asked to revisit. We did and what a wonderful experience it turned into Greeted by a very upbeat server. Food ordered arrived quickly and tasted wonderful. Burgers , fries, onion rings and milk shakes Everything was wonderful and we look forward to more visits in the future Matt. Excellent job.

I was worried about trying Johnny Rockets during our stay based on their reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were great.
We were seated at a dirty table. The waitress said she would come back to wipe it off but never did. After waiting 15 minutes we asked another waitress who was taking our order. She gave an explanation of we take turns so sometimes it gets confusing iwho takes which table. She took our order, 2 burgers no sides and 2 glasses of water. The water came 10 minutes later and the question “did you want fries?” Waited another 15 minutes for our burgers. The burgers were the equivalent of buddy burgers from A&W , which wouldn’t be an issue if the bill wasn’t $29!!!! They were very dry, barely any flavour and definitely not spicy as advertised ( we both ordered the jalapeno burgers) I definitely will NOT recommend eating here!!!

Server was a older woman with long dark hair. After being sat at the table we waited almost 10 mins while she chatted to regulars. Finally got our coffees and water and placed out order. Food was quick to come out but sat for almost 10 minutes while the server once again talked to regulars. I've worked in the service industry before , I get that you get used to certain customers, but literally could have said I'll be right back to her friends and brought our food. The breakfast was cold..the toast was dry and cold, couldn't even spread the butter on it. The eggs were cold as well as the homefries. $50 for 2 half eaten breakfast which im sure had it been warm would have been delicious. Server has no idea of multi-tasking...literally can only do one thing at a time. My husband kept staring at our food saying should I just go get it lol. Before Server brought it to table she even spent a few minutes talking with the cook. We've eaten here several times and always loved everything about this resturant (different Server every other time)...guess to sum this up..the Server was horrible!

Totally disappointed by the order I didn't recieve on 08 August 2025 around 11pm. I paid 67 dollars just to receive 2 containers of tater tots, 1 container of fries and 1 container of onion rings, all of what I didn't ask for. I like carbs but not this much! I was told to come in and get a refund. However, at this point the refund is not worth it, because i am a United States citizen. I would lose 16 dollars in tolls just to come into Canada as well as the cost in gas and time.

Worst restaurant ever!! Monday 8/4 two women that looked like the cooks were just chatting away ...not working...very rude.... It was super busy waited an hour for a table. One server... 20 tables ....dirty.....RUDE KITCHEN COOKS! Both women cooks wouldn't even answer me in regards to a question.
