The late night dinner vibe in this fine looking establishment is truly fantastic. The full rack of rib was excellent and came at a great price including the sides it had. Other items I’d recommend would be the lasagna I had some time back and Pasta from their Leamington branch. Free parking typically has some classic or rare cars too

The milk or cheese used for the Alfredo had gone bad and the capalletti was just very bland and did not taste anything like a capaletti. I got super sick and couldn’t finish my food.Service was okay.

Decently priced upscale pasta resturant. Ive had most their pasta and their portions are large and tasty so the price is good. Drinks are good. Though a far cry from the mexican theme it was when i was a child. Its the same feeling of mcdonalds modernising and removing the play pen. Can be noisy on game nights. Would genuinly recomend taking a date here.

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, it was busy but we got a good seat and our hostess and server were great. We ordered the firecracker shrimp, there were 2 shrimp per Taco, and a whole pepper each, wilted Romaine lettuce as the lettuce wrap. That was disappointing, the calamari was good, the goat cheese and bacon burger was good. Red pepper soup good as well.

As part of my self love Saturday I decided to treat myself to lunch at Jose’s. Started off okay got my calamari order pretty quick. Tasted good. I had ordered the goat bacon burger and fries too at the same time. I waited and waited and waited after the calamari was done. Was about to ask for the bill for the calamari and leave, ? positive the waitress forgot about me. She realized later, brought me a coke refill and said let me check on your order and she brought it saying oh it just came out! Explain then why the fries were warm and the burger dry like it had been sitting there for a while? I barely ate it and I always finish my fries but could not finish these. Barely ate the burger. Very disappointed in this dining experience.

I recently dined at Jose's Bar Grill, Windsor branch, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service at this establishment is simple terrible.I decided to splurge and ordered the steak, which is one of the most expensive item on the menu. However, my excitement quickly turned to disapoitment when I tasted the soup, which was excessively greasy. When I politely brought this concern to the attention of our waiter, her response was shockingly dismissive. She merely asked, "What do you want me to do?"Feeling undeterred, I explained that I simply wished to provide feedback, as I understand that Jose's sets high prices commensurate with expectations of top-tier food and service quality. Unfortunately, this fell on feaf ears.To add insult to injury, upon preparing to leave, I was appalled to discover that the staff had disposed of my left over food without my consent. When I brought this to their attention, the only response I received was a casual "soooorry" from a different waiter. This carelessness resulted in a loss of over $100 worth of food and left me feeling incredibly upset.Seeking resolution, I returned the following day to express my concerns to the manager. However, instead of receiving an apology or any acknowledgment of fault, I was met with defensiveness. The manager's failure to offer a basic apology compounded my disappointment and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.In conclusion, it is evident that the issues with customer services at Jose's Bar Grill extend beyond individual employees. It is a systemic problem that greatly impacts the overall dining experience. I urge potential customers to consider this before choosing to dine at Jose's in Windsor branch.
