My wife and I dropped in for lunch on a quiet afternoon to try the restaurant out; it had been quite a while since we had been here. My wife had a great fish sandwich. She reported that it was light, flaky, and crispy - and not at all greasy. I tried the Buffalo chicken burger. Excellent - it was tender and not overcooked, and with just the right amount of Buffalo sauce, not overwhelmingly spicy but flavorful. And our server was friendly and there when we needed her for service.

Went here for the first time, was very slow when I went in, only two or three tables with customers. I stood at the bar for about 10 minutes or so waiting to order some take out. A gentleman finally came out and thought I was waiting for food, I informed him I was waiting to order. He then looks at me and says let me seat these other people first and I will be right back. These other people being the ones that just walked in. I looked at this guy and say you are kidding right, I've been standing here patiently waiting to order and you are going to serve the people that came after me first? I then tell him to forget it I'll go eat somewhere else. A manager did come out after I went to my car and apologized but at this point the damage was done. The experience left a bad taste for the place with me and I told the manager/owner as much. He offered to comp me something but I wasn't interested in make up service so to speak. That first impression was a bad one and I don't care to be treated like that. I went to Lone Star Right across the road where I was given prompt courteous service without delay. When your restaurant is that slow, every customer counts...even the ones ordering take out!

I placed an order through UberEats on Saturday August 16th 2025 at 8:49pm. 15 Wings Sriracha lime and poutine. whoever made this order you should be ashamed of yourself. I have never seen so much lack of effort work ethic and pride, let alone completely ignoring the order notes. Disgusting food, horrible service, I should have known not to order here after the disappointing first time. To the manager of this place, do better talk to the person who made this order I mentioned the time, the date and the order. Never again, disgusting.

Went with family, our server took her time to take our drink/food orders. Hardly seen her throughout our meal. It wasn’t until she came to take plates that I voiced my concern with my meal and asked for a replacement which took a long time to come back to me. It was again overcooked and didn’t taste well. Eventually ended up getting sick at the restaurant because the food wasn’t prepared properly. Manager was very nice and refunded my meal

Ann was our server tonight and it was my sons late bday dinner and it was great he loves the spinach dip and everyone got dessert!!! We've been to several kelseys the past 4 weeks due to my sons travel football and the quality is the same across all locations but i do prefer Walker rd over them all.
i like the spinach in the spinach dip, a little too much cheese i blew up the toilet when i got home
