Sept18 approximately 130pm Stopped at the kiosk. Spoke to a young man.asked for the 2 small for 10dollar deal. Just then the phone rang and he walked away, answered it and ignored me. Waited 2 mins and walked away Just saying the owner may not know or may not care but if you want to keep losing customers then keep it up. Only put 3 stars because I believe in the brand and it's always been great.

Saw a worker today around 2:20pm eating out of a popcorn bin that they're selling. Absolutely disgusting. DO not eat there.

Kernels Popcorn is actually the best. So much flavours and they are all so delicious. I recommend the Creamy Caramel but literally all the other flavours are tasty. And each bag is worth it because there is so many popcorn in one bag. If you are a popcorn fan or just wanna try something amazing I highly recommend Kernels Popcorn.

my popcorn belleville was stale the one lady use to work there a couple months ago it was always fresh she work mon to fri so I had to throw it out I waste 17.00 there both small one I going to go the one in peterborough on sun get some fresh popcorn so I eat it not throw it out

Just left their kiosk at Devonshire mall. The person asked me to come back in 5mins because she was having lunch…I think you need to teach your people what customer service means. I get it, you’re on lunch but I was there to buy a few bags of popcorn to take home. She could have easily served me and then continued to take the rest of her lunch after. It would have taken 5 to 10 mins which I’m sure she could have recovered the time after serving me without losing any time from her lunch. I won’t be buying from there.
