Ordered a Bucket by phone app at 11:00. App said the order would be ready at 11:27. Arrived at 11:32 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I was a bit upset, as it was supposed to be ready, but I patiently waited. After 10 minutes, they said it would still be another 10 minutes. I would have cancelled the damned thing, but it was already paid for under a 3rd party app. Finally ready at 11:55. Despite ordering it at 11:00, they didn't do a damned thing, then after I arrived, they only took care of all the drive-thru orders. They completely ignored mine until I started to get angry. Almost an hour from placing the order to getting it. Would have been faster to grow my own from eggs and cook them myself. Last order ever for KFC. I would never, ever purchase anything from them again. Horribly run.

Waited 40mins for an order, they gave my order to another customer who came after me because they forgot I was waiting then expected me to wait another 20mins (so an hour in total) for a new order to be made. Took my refund and left - what a joke!
I ordered through app 20 minutes before pickup. When i arrived at exact time, first they said its ready then said it will take time to fresh chicken because they gave mine order to someone else.

This place is so unorganized, I placed an order to the wrong location for pickup(my fault) the lady said it was ok and they received my order and to wait in the parking lot… 10 minutes later the DEVONSHIRE location informs me that I ordered from the wrong location and they helped me out with a refund . When I told the lady at the dougall location that’s it’s ok I was going else where, she laughed at me and just walked away. Listen to the reviews and avoid this place
