Worst kfc ever, workers are completely obtuse, slowest service ever, food is always wrong, they constantly leave their doors locked while their open, just do yourself a favour and go to Popeyes instead.

So I order online...app tells me my order will be ready at 5:34. At 6 it's finally ready so I leave... get home to realize the large fry with my order was missing so I had to go back to the store . I asked for a free turtles bar for my troubles and he refused. Like really bud ? 1$ worth for my time and gas is a big deal ? Then he said he give me extra fries... that also didn't happen. Not cool.

I was looking to order original fried chicken 12pc told me that I need to wait 30 minutes thru drive thru! This happened at 7:35 pm today. KFC should just shut down this happening at Devonshire Mall than Dougall location. They lost my business now forever!!!
I ordered a 14-piece bucket and the deal is you get another 14-piece bucket free he even acknowledged it when I picked it up he says 214s I said yes I get home there's 20 pieces how did they think that you're not going to miss eight pieces of chicken and I had nine people at the house waiting for for food this Kentucky fried chicken is the same as all the other ones they're all lazy they steal from you don't give you your order and we just have to suck it up I call it a head office I give them information don't hear nothing back from Kentucky fried chicken cares nothing about you at all

Waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, workers argued that they didn’t know what Coupon meant. Finally get my food, 1 sandwich is cold, other one hot. Pop was like drinking dirty water except for root beer, fries are like typical KFC fries but somehow worse.
Disgusting food, terrible service, will never be back. Save some trees & stop sending coupons in hopes of someone else never having to be subjected to atrocities that are the food & service of this KFC.
