I’ve never actually taken the time to write a review on Google however, after my horrible experience today at this location I feel it’s necessary. I went through drive through at around 3:15pn September 13th. The lady on the drive thru window was very disrespectful, rude, and demeaning. I’ve only eaten at this restaurant a handful of times years ago, as I was new to the menu she’d respond ‘we don’t have that.’ ‘No that isn’t a thing’ ‘don’t have that’ etc, I felt very uncomfortable and almost felt at that moment to drive away, however I continued to order in hopes the staff member at the window would be better. She didn’t give me a total, continue to say ‘is that it?’ ‘Is that it? Drive up’ - no thank you, no total. And very rude. As I approached the window I told the young man working I was really disheartened by whoever was taking my order: he said ‘sorry maam’ and proceeded to hand me my bag. Upon getting back on the road, I realized I had no cutlery, no napkins, and my food was ice cold. My pickle chips must have been sitting in the heater for hours, they were absolutely awful and I didn’t end up eating them.
This overall was a horrible experience and I’m so disappointed with the behaviour of staff, and lack of respect when it comes to treating customers well and packing orders properly.
I went to this place today, the store was neat and clean. The cashier who took my order was very friendly. So I bought pickle famous chicken sandwich box meal. It's was too good. I loved the taste and everything. I will definitely visit again there for food.
