Chicken is good
The chicken was too soggy and stuck together with a half cooked batter. The remake was salty too. The manager/ supervisor had an attitude.
Update: haven't heard back from the corporate or the store or issued a refund..

I don't go there much anymore. Not any. They serve old chicken. For a two piece meal, I had gotten a baby wing. Not worth the money.
Always quick service and friendly customer service! Logan always goes above and beyond whenever we order to make sure that everything is perfect! He definitely deserves recognition for his great customer service!

We literally waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. The guy repeatedly would disappear from his microphone over and over again without telling us to give him a second , then he proceeded to tell us to drive up to the window without letting us finish our order. Then there he took 5 extra minutes to come to the window , we realized he was the only worker working and then told us that the other workers were on their break when that shouldn't be aloud ??? There shouldn't be one single worker doing everything while the rest are on their break this is why breaks are spaced out for everyone. Anyways , then we asked him for a receipt , proceeded to not give it to us and also filled up our drinks in the middle not even fully. Very disappointed experience.

Horrendous experience at this KFC. Food took 15-20 minutes to prepare, which is unacceptable for a fast food place with literally no other customers in at the time. Experience progressively gets worse. "Service" provided by a "robust" female staff was downright despicable. She threw the "food" on the counter like a sack of garbage and said, "There." The food itself was a disgrace that would make Colonel Sanders roll in his greasy grave. Chicken looked like scrawny, burnt, salty clumps of batter.
All we wanted was a quick meal, and instead, we get treated like beggars. Shame on the staff, shame on this location's management. You're better off packing a PB&J and eating it in an alleyway than at this poor excuse for an "eatery."

Fries cold, coleslaw somehow has spice, chicken was dry and soggy. Not the KFC I remember.

It was 6 p.m. on October 1st. We were in the drive-thru. I ordered a two-piece all-white meal. When we drove away we found out that they gave us two legs. Dark meat. So I went in the store and I asked why they gave us dark meat instead of the white meat. The lady at the counter told me all they had was dark meat and it would take 15 minutes for any white meat and I said why didn't you tell me that when you ordered when I ordered and why did you just give me dark meat anyways. stated that's all they had then I asked for a refund and she said no she would need her manager to do so and I said what am I supposed to do I didn't get what I paid for I don't want dark meat Her response was, well I gave you the choice to wait 15 minutes for white meat or take what we gave you. I went on to state, well, they already gave us the other $48 worth of food we ordered and the other people in the truck were eating. Well, who was this meal for and was everybody going to have to wait? I cannot believe they couldn't at a minimum issue a refund for the one two-piece meal horrible customer service horrible inventory management no chicken at 6 p.m. completely ridiculous
