Seriously under staffed. Waiting almost 30 minutes for order of a small 3 peice combo is ridiculous. They run out of chicken every weekend, which is ludicrous when your a chicken place. Do better!!
Sep14-around 4pm Waited there couple minutes- no customers there- But lady was busy talking for several minutes with guy from kitchen at the window. So I left after wasting my time standing there alone. Need KFC TO train people for talking less at work and to actually work.

I agree with the other reviews. The guy taking the order was rude and not well-mannered. While taking my order he saw a friend passed by and he then spoke with his friend as if there were no customers in front of him. He didn’t focus on my order that he made a mistake - Sept 6, 2024 around 730pm.

The guy taking orders on Sunday July 18th 2024 around 1230pm was extremely rude and should really take a lesson in customer service and how to talk to females with respect.
I know in the country he comes from females are treated as less but he's in Canada now; and that stuff don't fly here.
Get with the program buddy, the fact that you're a male holds no power here! ...and if you keep taking to your female customers the way you do than I can promise you, You'll find yourself facing more trouble than just a bad review about you on Google.

In Devonshire mall windsor, ON. Worst place to eat. There aren’t many chicken options in mall so we end up going there and getting disappointed. One star means negative hundred. Mainly staff, how they work,, their hopeless face expressions. Speed of work, willingness to work. Making people eat and touching food after handling money.. rude rude rude
