Whenever I go to the KFC inside the mall, the employees are either sleeping in the back or playing on their phones. People are always complaining. I hope you will warn the employees; the service is very poor and they are not polite.

We ate at this KFC at Devonshire mall food court. We didn't have to wait long, food was great and the service was amazing. Simone in the front was helpful with exploring menu options and answering questions. Also, they serve halal meat.
dont have chicken wanted us to wait 30 min the guy handling the money also went in the back and cooked the food with the same gloves then when we complained about it he went in the back and mocked us witnesses seen it all
