Staff doesn’t know how to behave. We ordered dark meat and they gave us white meat. When we told them about the mistake, the lady snapped at us. Pathetic staff.

Gave them my money through the app and the lady told me that because their system is down they can’t see the order. They didn’t serve me my food and I paid $11 for my lunch that I’m currently trying to get back by calling kfc Canada and requesting a refund. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

Waited 10 mins before even getting to order. Wanted 2 to 3 piece leg at 415pm , they don't close till 6 staff lied about only having 1 (I could see into warmer) when asked how long for more I was told they wouldn't be cooking anymore chicken. When I confronted staff and asked for her name to contact head office she started yelling at me, Asked for no ice in both drinks, both drinks had ice in them. Waited long time for food order was placed at 4:24 didn't get food until 450pm.Worst KFC I've ever been to and worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. Will not be returning to this location and would not recommend. Also gave me wrong till receipt price price and order is different on receipt verses the debit receipt.
