Overall, I’m pretty happy with KFC, I enjoy their prices and the atmosphere. The customer service is also friendly as well, so that’s cool. One thing to know is they do have very long wait times, so be prepared to wait. Just remember everybody in the neighborhood is also getting ready to go get in their SUV and drive up to KFC, so prepare yourself for that

This place is ridiculous. Went through the drive thru when I ordered was told it would be 20 mins for chicken. So I said I would be back. When I returned over 25 mins later I went to order and was told it would be another 30 mins for chicken. I said how was it 25 mins ago 20 mins and now an additional 30? Oh we ran out was the response. How the hell does a restaurant that sells mainly chicken run out at dinner time??? Like common sense would tell you that when you notice you are getting low make more! Absolutely ridiculous won't be going back.

This store is consistently horrible to deal with. The lack of customer service is so bad at this location. You guys really need to get it together. Hire more people if you have too.
