Always understaffed and Staff are overwhelmed with the volume of orders
They need to hire more people because they are always short staffed. Tables are oily and dirty. Washrooms out of toilet papers.
And today they asked me to come inside the store to place my order instead of taking my orders on the drive through!
Waiting time is just crazy for a simple order. Stupid management

I went to use the bathrooms & they were disgusting, urine on the toilet dried, mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month or more. I told the cashier and he said which one? I suggested he clean both. Ordered to dine in given a take out bag, tables were not clean, pop dispenser had empty fountains, staff standing around talking. Nobody in the drive thru and just myself in the dinning area. While I ate nobody took the time to fill the pop dispenser, clean tables, or bathrooms. The franchise owners should be stripped of their franchise as this is absolutely NOT acceptable.

Twice now I tried their drive through, both times I had to wait as they couldn’t take my order at the kiosk & told to go to the window to order & no one came to take my order so once again I had to leave as I could not wait! They need to hire more help I guess. Very frustrating, I will not be back!!!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Food was not cooked good, order was messed up, the restaurant is filthy, the staff and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’d recommend you don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed. I’m not sure given how many poor reviews they have gotten, how the corporate head offfice doesn’t step in and do something about it. Very very very disappointing
