Worst KFC ever. Everyone who works here can barely speak English and they always take forever to get people through the drive through. It’s always MINIMUM 10-15 mins and I would understand that if the food was being freshly prepared and was served hot and crisp but the chicken is always old and cold and the fries are also cold and stale

All the staff are very kind, polite, and friendly. We've never had a bad experience at the location. When we dined inside we noticed that the establishment was very clean and well maintained. The food is always hot and made fresh. We will drive out of our way to go to this location over others.

Horrible service. Went to pick up a mobile order that somehow on the app showed up twice and even said order again and was told it's not showing up on there end. Showed them the app and how it's been ordered and staff walked away and said they can't do anything if it doesn't show up on theyre tablet. Couldn't even reimburse my orders on the app as it's not an option. Horrible customer service won't be going back there again

The worst kfc I had in my life all drums in the 18pcs family meal all broken the skin is separated from the meat not even one whole pcs and always had 18 pcs family meal in Mississauga we moved to Amherstburg 2 years ago we did a pick it didn’t take to long but the bucket wasn’t even full this will be the last time going to that location some of the franchises the ruin the name of the place they don’t follow the rules.
The chicken in my sandwich was burt. They definitely kept re deep frying it. Was so dry in the middle as well. Will not be going back

How you can screw up orders when it's only one item is beyond belief.The service sucks, nobody is ever at the front counter and they argue with you when you tell them it's the wrong item. Drive to Windsor or better yet...go to Whamburg on Walker Road as it's local and they have a superior chicken sandwich.

It's KFC so adjust your expectations for fast food fried chicken and this place delivers in spades.Restaurant is newer but it's also super clean which from my experience doesn't always go hand in hand. The staff were friendly and helpful but like most KFC locations I've visited the fast part of the fast food option is just that, an option that they don't seem to be offering.
