Could not be more unimpressed with the staff here. I have come many times and EVERY single time, they get something wrong. Person at the drive thru never seems to have a basic grasp of the English language and I have to repeat myself over and over and over again correcting them. Have to check my order every time to see what they messed up. Had a lady argue with me when I told her she got the order wrong and she said I was absolutely in the wrong until I showed my receipt and she begrudgingly acknowledged she messed up the order. Sometimes they don't fill the cup qll the way because they fill improperly so you get a ton of foam. Today my drink when the fizz settled was only half full. It's ridiculous. Not coming to this location anymore, I am beyond frustrated.

Not sure why I order from this location? Perhaps convenience??? Always an issue, missing items 95% of the time, get attitude when you try to get what you paid for! But this specific order” you place a mobile order, confirmation says your order will be ready by 6:09pm! You get your food at 6:58pm! In the meantime you see people going through the dt and walking in and ordering, and getting their food before you. Not like I ordered anything out of the ordinary, chicken and fries!” Might have to start ordering from an alternative restaurant, local ma and pa restaurants? Probably will be greeted with a smile!

My chicken sandwich was great. But the fries had WAY too much salt. I drank my whole drink fast from too much salt. I would never order fries here again they had that much salt. The self serve station is shut off. too.
