ordered through the KFC app, the tracker didn't work, it then told me it was delivered, checked my front door and back door, wasn't there. tried contacting the location 5 times through phone and no one picked up. All i want is a refund at this point

Service is extremely slow, took them 20 mins to make 1 burger. Not happy
August 29th- today they served me at 1045 however told me they had no ketchup. Lie.
Came here today at 1045pm because it said open until 11. I got to the drive thru and they told me they were closed. I asked for clarification and was ignored. I asked again and asked specifically if they closed at 10pm and the drive thru person said yes at 10pm. Both google and sign on the door said 11pm. Please clarify hours.

I ordered from this store on DoorDash. I ordered pickle chips and a sandwich, they were out of pickle chips and instead of contacting me they automatically substituted the item that must have been most comparable in price, which was a large gravy. So I got a sandwich and a large gravy and no fries or anything to put all that gravy on. Did they think I was just going to drink gravy? What am I supposed to do with all this gravy? Common sense was not in the building today. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this KFC on a delivery app.

The store screwed up my order then delivered the wrong order, charger me for it and never delivered it! I did not get a refund and NO DELIVERY! Do not every go to this location or ever buy from KFC. Absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY.
