Worst thing they did was pair up with Skip !! When you go in you seem to be ok most times. This review however is the stuff they always miss not sure if it's skip or KFC. I just know most people hired now don't have good job ethics or care.
You pay alot for it now and they don't send you the whole order !! It's ridiculous because it's not that hard to double check at order.
I'll be making it at home for now too. So won't be using KFC or skip. They are horrible at answering the phone. Line is always busy which is odd since it's a KFC. Called 3x at different times to remedy the issues we had which did not happen.

Tried ordering delivery today, order was confirmed, and after waiting almost an hour it was then cancelled because "It couldn't be fulfilled".
Don't accept the orders if you are too busy or incapable of fulfilling them, while someone sits around starving thinking their food is coming and then having their schedule messed up because of it.

The worst branch I have ever visited! The staff were extremely rude, they didn’t allow me to use the restroom even though I had a small child and it was an emergency. They gave less food than what I ordered, and all the necessary items like napkins, straws, spoons, and forks were removed and not included in the takeaway packages. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. The staff were extremely rude, they denied access to the washroom, and the order I received was poorly packed and missing items. Unfortunately, I only realized this after reaching home. When I tried to address the issue, their response was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I hope the senior management of this branch will apologize for this behavior. Delivering less than what was ordered is simply theft!

Honestly, I don't like to ruin the reputation of any store. But that store was so bad to the point where I didn't eat what I ordered. Everything was dirty, the bathroom was out of service and there was a guy inside that took a piss in the cup and then he drank it again 🤯. The floor was so dirty and sticky. The place smells so bad like piss. Not recommended. Honestly Popeyes was way better from taste to atmosphere to service.

People roaming around the store taking peoples food off the tables, stealing receipts off machine to pretend it was their order, eating old food not cleaned off the tables, and staff has done nothing about it. I left with my meal I was so uncomfortable . 10-10 do not recommends
